This gym is great and very welcoming. They have a strict no judgement policy and just straight up fitness and working out. You come in whether there's only one trainer or maybe 5 trainers working with people everyone is friendly professional and courteous. Just fitness helps you achieve your goals and doesn't try to empty your wallet in the process. It has 24 hour access to members and have everything to machines, free weights, yoga and aerobic room, treadmills, ellipticals, row machines and other training equipment. I prefer working out early in the morning before work since it's less crowded like most gyms in the afternoons, or late in the evening. Check them out they're located on Industrial Lane in Broomfield, you won't be disappointed. Their name says it all.

You can join the group to get ready for a race or simply to stay fit with a fun and social group. Training locations vary every week and there are options for different abilities and levels. I also love the flexibility; you can choose from one or two days a week with morning or evening options on each day. The coach, Leslie, is an experienced runner and also a an orthopedic physical therapist with over 30 years of experience in the field, which is super convenient when we need needling or other treatments. During the winter, Leslie also offers strength training classes for runners through the Louisville Recreation Center. Not only my running has seriously improved since I joined this group, but I have made some great friends!
