I had my son with me who only moments ago had been discussing fitness improvements to boost his rugby performance over the off-season. Hmmmnnn...how ironic we would run into Tim only minutes later. Invictus has an incredible sports training program centralized on an individual's needs. Want speed? Tim has a program and trainer to boost your speed. Want more endurance? The program described to my son and I seemed like a phenomenal solution. Want to build muscle mass? Tim explained they have nutrition class to accompany that program as well. Want to lose weight? Trust me, by what I witness in their facility, there is no way not to do so. Each person gets a specific program based on their very specific needs at Invictus. And let me tell you Tim and his staff are incredibly passionate about their educational offerings and coaching, emphasizing strongly how do implement these programs in the right way. Currently, Invictus is training a local La Crosse and basketball team. I am truly impressed with not only Tim and his fellow instructors, but with the individualized performance programs that they are customizing for each patron. Amazing stuff! Christina and Ben are fantastic trainers that take the time to make sure your form is right and push you to get stronger. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any fitness level. They will individualize the workout for what is needed. I love that there is a trial week option to check it out. I have been here for a year, and everyone who does the trial ends up signing up for a membership. It is tough but very rewarding - I see results in my body and feel stronger with each workout.

Capstone trainers take the time to show you the proper form and technique and they push you to higher limits! Christina helped prepare me for my first Bikini competition and I can't thank her enough! I asked if he would please work with me and allow me to pay off the balance minute the late fees. We supposed to have no contract anyways, but he was being condescending and quite frankly very rude to me. I felt guilty for my own husband dying and not being able to pay my gym payment. It literally brought me to tears after getting off the phone with him. Now that I still have not been able to get the account resolved, I have to endure another hesitated phone call to attempt to get some help to resolve my account. It was an awful experience. It's not about not being able to get fees removed, but rather how he treated me when I'm in a very fragile state and was trying to do the right thing.
