Stop looking for an electrician! You will not find anybody better than Ronnie at Cross Texas Electric! After trying to get in touch with a number of electricians (and none of them calling me back), I came across Cross Texas Electric. I left a message for Ronnie. He called me back within 10 minutes. He was at our house the NEXT DAY! Throughout the day, he kept us informed of his arrival time. When he arrived, we were so pleased and impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was. We had a special installation request and it took Ronnie no time at all to figure out what he needed to do and get to work. On top of his professionalism, Ronnie is just a super nice and personable guy. But, wait...it gets better! Not only is he professional and nice, but his prices are super reasonable. At no point did we ever feel like he was trying to take advantage of us. We are so happy that we found Cross Texas Electric. If you're looking for a quality electrician, do yourself a favor and contact Ronnie at Cross Texas Electric first! read more

Needed to upgrade my electric service by replacing breaker panels and moving meter. Ronnie was great about seeing exactly what I wanted and dealing with what parts I could DIY. He had no qualms about answering any of my questions and went out of his way to check some info for me. This is a pro who takes great pride in his work, has the right tools for the job, is happy to have to watch his work, and will give you an education if you're interested. Cost was quite reasonable for the job. Plan to use him again when I add another underground wiring section. What a treasure. read more

Once we saw the number of great reviews for Cross Texas Electric on Yelp's web site we knew we wanted Ronnie Jones to be our electrician. When we called him, he worked us in quickly. He put in two can lights, and two bathroom exhaust/heater fans. He worked hard and his expertise was obvious and we have another project planned for him in the near future. Even though he started his own business a few months ago, he is not a novice. He has had years of experience. If you need help for your electrical projects, give Ronnie a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

We hired Cross Texas Electric to install a ceiling fan and fix an electric outage in one of our rooms. Ronnie Jones was very quick to answer our call. He installed the fan, found our electrical problem and fixed it in no time. He was very polite and professional and his prices were fair. I needed a professional electrician to hang 3 fans and create an outlet for my garage door(had an extension cord running from the garage motor to an outlet). I went to the HomeDepot page and went under professionals and from there, Ronnie Jones contacted me. I got an appointment in 2 days. Ronnie explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. I am very happy with his work and have already told family and friends that if they need an electrician, I know a good guy. read more

We added 1200 sq. ft to our home and Ronnie Jones made the electrical additions an easy process. He changed our service panel to 400 amps and ran all electric, surround sound , hvac wiring, attic lights and more. He was fast, friendly and efficient and made turning a older ranch house into a uncomplicated process. We even had him add can lights in our kitchen in the older part of the house. I would highly recommend him and will call him to do all our work in the future. read more

Ronnie was terrific. Very professional, on time, reasonable and willing to do whatever was needed to get the job done. Thought we had a wiring problem, turned out it was the light fixture, but Ronnie took the time to trace, retrace and make sure everything was safe and working correctly. Installed 5 light fixtures for us, even the pendant light in the entry alcove that was about 22 feet high. Very considerate and concerned about making the customer happy. read more

I had several electrical projects that needed done in my older home (1985) and was lucky enough to have Ronnie come out to do them. He installed a security light for outside as I live where there are no street lights and it gets pretty dark. He replaced several older fixtures in the dining room, both bathrooms and the halls. He also cleaned everything up. I would recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done right! read more

Now that I'm working from home, I was frustrated with the very poor lighting in my home office. I needed more light but didn't want to add heat from the lighting. I spoke to Ronnie and he recommended LED can lights. I am thrilled with the result and with Ronnie's work! hey came when he said they would, charged a fair price and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. You can't ask for better than that! read more

I asked God to find me a good electrician, HE DID. Ronnie replaced an outside security light. He was on time, pleasant, cleaned up & took away the old light. He set the light control for me and offered to come back if I had any trouble with the settings. There is not anything he could have done to make this a better experience. I would NOT use anyone else but Ronnie. read more

Ronnie is fantastic! We had him install a ceiling fan for us and glad we did! He went above and beyond and noticed that the box that we had that was holding a light, wouldn't have been sturdy enough to hold the fan. He went out of his way to make sure the job was done right instead of cutting corners. I would highly recommend him for any electrical needs. read more
