I had a new roof put on my home, and that evening noticed my flood light wasn't working over the…read moregarage. I contacted the roofers to ask if they had bumped into it, but they ignored my text. I started calling electricians, and Mr. Electric was the first to call me back. When they arrived, I was given possible estimates of the cost of repair and/or replacement. The light was up quite high, requiring a very tall ladder. When he first touched the top to see if the optic part was damaged, he got a shock, and realized there was a live wire. Fortunately, he was okay, so they found the circuit breaker and shut off the current to that light. They found the electric eye had come off and felt there was no way the roofers could have missed that. Instead of having to replace the light, he said he was able to fix it after going to get a part. With the assistant going up with a drill to attach the part that was dangling he was able to replace the missing part. Works beautiful and I could not be happier with the way they conducted their business and how quickly they came to make the repair. Friday our heat stops working, turns out our unit was intended for climates that don't fall below 50 degrees and our home was in the low 50s. Hubbs came around noon on Friday and immediately refused to do any work as they needed to "order parts" and would be back on "Monday". This particular weekend's high was 35 degrees and google turned up 18 search results for stores that sell these kinds of parts. Hubbs did not care, they callously refused to do any work on Friday regardless of the fact we had 3 children under 12 and 2 small animals living in a home that couldn't get above 50 degrees all weekend with the use of space heaters. They did arrive on Monday and have allegedly fixed the heat with a part smaller than my fist in under an hour. All in all Hubbs has proven to be a lazy, unmotivated and uncaring company not worth anyone's time or money. Avoid at all cost
