Patrick has been very accessible (amazing in these pandemic times when a lot of the competition are short handed and not returning phone calls) and attentive to getting my new property in better shape (it sat vacant for a while and hadn't been tended too for a while so nature was a bit all over the place). I think he's on the higher end of the price equation vs. if you get each service (e.g., mow, lawn treatment, etc) from lowest cost provider, but then he makes sure everything gets done well and when committed to. These days with the no shows and labor shortages, that's worth a few extra nickels.

Patrick is reliable and his work ethic is second to none. I can always count on him to take care of my lawn when it needs cut. Patrick also makes the edging look very clean. Each year Patrick has worked on my lawn he has improved it's health. His prices are very good and always makes my yard look great! I could not be happier with the service Patrick at Lawn Care Plus provides.

I currently have an overgrown area that is in desperate need of attention. Rico is more than…read moreprofessional when it comes to his services. He actually made me feel very comfortable and confident in choosing him. I wanted to keep my dollars local and in my area and he is certainly not making me regret my choice. He is up front about what he can do. He is even incredibly honest on what I could do to save money and make my dollar stretch, what businessman does that?! He was also super accommodating to me needs, which he actually heard and paid attention to every single one. He promptly set up appointments for treatment and clean up of my overgrown area. Doing so much faster than I planned and checking one major thing off my list. If this is what he can do prior to a job, I can barely wait to see what his finished product will be like. Will update. ***update*** So sorry for the very late update. Although the job was done quite some time ago, he did an amazing job!! The overgrown area still looks nice, can't seem to keep my dog from back there. Rico was very professional, kept constant communication, and overall a very kind person. He exceeded my expectations!! Great company!!

They did a fantastic job every time they came out, they were hands down the best a communication, not only initially when I needed to establish service but all through out - they would send me a text each time they completed the yard and would text or email if there was going to be a change in schedule for any reason. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for lawn service in the area. They honestly are the best and are everything you hope for in lawn care.

His pricing was very fair, and even when our scope crept (our ancient irrigation system) he did his best to keep close to our budget. We are thrilled with our renovation. Used Hidden Creek for three years to upgrade my landscaping and for seasonal maintenance:…read more- a large portion of what they planted died and the replacements they provided died, even though they were doing the regular maintenance on that landscaping; - getting a proposal for landscaping and/or planting took forever, often resulting in work being done when the peak planting times were past and I am sure exacerbating the problem with new landscaping dying; - there were repeated problems with the landscaping crews executing the agreed upon instructions for new landscaping; and - landscaping crews often made a mess when they worked, killing grass and damaging other plantings, including a botched pruning job that killed a mature and valuable flowering crabapple tree. You should be aware that Hidden Creek does not have its own nursery but buys materials from other vendors, at least as to the work they performed for us.

Need landscaping in Central Ohio area? READ THIS FIRST The…read moreway TEAM Ryan's Landscaping handles its business is truly fascinating--and not in a good way. I wish I could say I had a positive experience, but unfortunately, I feel compelled to share what happened. If you are considering hiring this company, please read this before you do. Read the language from the signed proposal: The scope of work states: Removal of all plant material that is not a pine tree from the back tree line, roughly 8 feet deep. Plant material includes: Vines growing in the trees All other small material growing in and around the line of pine trees Leave trees 2" caliper or larger in the specified area to the left of the pine tree row. Remove all other material in the specified area. None of the materials were removed. Here is what happened after I raised the issue I notified the company representative on the day of service, June 18, that the work had not been completed as outlined in the contract. June 30: Received a text saying someone would come out to inspect the work. No one showed. July 8: Sent a follow-up text. No response. July 13: Sent another text. No response. July 20: Sent another text. No response. July 28: Finally received a response saying I would receive a call. No call. August 8: Received a text stating that, according to the contract, the area beyond the yard was not included in the scope of work. I then called the office on August 10 and asked to speak with a manager. I received a call from someone new who said he would come out to inspect the work. He never came out. And then came August 12. I received an email reiterating the language of the contract quoted above. I questioned how the completed work matched that language. The matter was then forwarded to the owner, who was apparently out of town. Rather than sending someone to inspect the work or addressing my concerns, I received a threatening email demanding payment by 5:00 PM today or stating that they would place a mechanic's lien on my property. So, after nearly two months of trying to get someone to simply come out and look at the work (pay the bill), this is how the situation is being handled? THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS? I am sharing this experience because I believe customers should know exactly what they may be dealing with before hiring this company. Read the contract language. Look at the photos. Then decide for yourself whether the work matches what was promised
