Yet, the trunk lift fell on my head and shoulder recently with my Toyato Prius that I bought from Davis Toyota of Orangeburg. Their attitude was rude, especially from the service manager at this Davis Toyota Orangeburg. Customers have choices to buy cars from different dealers. So we suggest not buying cars from this dealer as their service is the worst after you bought the cars from them. P.S.: see the attached photo - I have kept well maintenance of my car doing annual car service with this dealer each year paying more than going to other places.

A month ago the sunroof on the Terrain started pouring water from the right side of the headliner. Opened the sunroof and carefully poured water into each drain to determine what was leaking. The tube is not clogged because water isn't collecting in the basin that feeds the drain. Because I thought I needed to remove the headliner I took it to Fairey and was told I needed a new drain tube that would cost me approximately $1200.00 because they would need to remove the entire dashboard to replace it, but they would happily deduct the diagnosis fee from the bill if I came in for the repair. I paid them their ridiculous diagnosis fee thanked them and walked out. My expectation was a minimum 1 hour charge for the entire repair. The young man behind the desk was extremely professional and used all the right language but had no idea he was talking to someone with 37 years in the automotive repair business. If he could have seen inside my head the anger of "THE BEAST" was hiding inside a 72 year old man. Not at him, but at management and ownership. This does not happen in a vacuum!!! I'm jumping ahead of myself. When I left Fairey I remembered a collision shop about 15 minutes from my house and decided to check them out. For a small shop they were extremely busy. As I was explaining my problem to the desk clerk. The owner was walking by, stopped and immediately asked me "Why don't you fix it yourself, it'll take you less than 15 minutes. I've had 2 Terrains in here this past week with the same problem." I made an appointment and Best Auto Collision, North SC made the repair while I waited. Cost $20.00.
