That said, this is the most convenient stop when you want to clean the inside of your car. Pull up, vacuum and get out in a handful of minutes with lots of space and no lines. I'm more of an automatic car wash kinda gal, but this is also a fun place to come to clean the car with kids if you're not too concerned about the finished product.

I was greeted by a crazy little dachshund named Zeus that thinks he's a rottweiller...and he had me believing it. Stanley walked me thru the process if the services they offer and showed me some of their work. My husband took his "baby" (1999 Porsche) there and they kept her for a day or two. The detailing was perfect. All little scratches were gone, even the bolts on his rims were cleaned. He was like a kid when he got it back! It's not a garage kept vehicle but looked showroom kept when we got it back! They have always honored us with a military 10% percent discount. The facility does a great job with cleaning the entire vehicle. It wasn't anything extreme and for $164 I thought I was gonna get a polished gem. We had a appointment for 11:30, texted me told me they were gonna be late I was fine with that. When they did finally show up it was just two people in what looked like there personal vehicle with like some basic over the counter vacuum and product's, like they had a idea one day to be detailers and went to Walmart to get everything. You know what they say don't judge a book by its cover so I didn't let that deter me (hindsight go if with your gut next time). Well I periodically looked out the window and there's was only ever one person working at any given time out of the two person crew (husband and wife?). About three hours later I look out the window and see they are cleaning up so I go out to see the finished product. Well the first thing I noticed is he started chatting me right up while his wife cleaned up everything. I finally broke away and took a peek at the trunk and it was still all dirty, he had a built in excuse and rushed off to grab a broom to clean it because she had already put up the vacuum. I was so preoccupied with that and paying them by the time I did a thorough walk-through on the car I feel like I was deceived duped and taken advantage of, what really was the icing on the cake was him trying to pitch me on a $100 detail job for the car to make it really shine if I was gonna try to sell it right before they left. Tell me what did I pay $165 for? I still have dirty door/trunk jams, he clearly didn't do the paint detailing like they advertised or what I was led to believe was gonna happen, didn't touch the head liner, still dirt/dirty where the shifter is, dirty where you adjust the height of the seat belt, I could keep going but I think you're getting the picture. What I received equates to what you would normally get if you went to one of these carwashes you see on the side of the road and to be honest I think I'd have more faith in them to get the job done then j & b detailing and I would of saved at least $100 too. Moral of the story is double check before you hand over that amount of money for a half assed job. I had to wait a week to post because I was still seething with anger.

The seats were damp although I got the impression they were more damp than clean. There were unwiped spots on the console where spray had been applied. The mirrors and windows were not spotless. I timed the service and it was right around 30 minutes. I won't be back because he seemed to rush through the cleaning. I can do better on my own.
