I was leaving to go out if town and needed a car wash. Our lab is my copilot so I had a lot of dog hair. I explained that I would be transporting people in my car and asked to please get as much dog hair or fibers of love out of the truck as possible. They did a fantastic job on my truck. You Rock! I hate leaving bad reviews, but I felt like I had to with this one. I came in today to get a wash, paid for the highest possible service (since I knew I had a decent amount of dog hair, which definitely is a chore) and tipped well. But, right after leaving I was shocked to see how my car was left. There was still hair and dirt EVERYWHERE! It looked like they only cleaned my mats, but everything else was still filthy. I had to go to somewhere and vacuum/ wipe down the car myself, which took all of 10 minutes and not a ton of effort, so I don't see how they could not have done this themselves after i paid them to do so. I'm very disappointed, and absolutely will not be returning. read more

I took my SUV in on April 9 for a long overdue wash. There was LOTS and LOTS of pine pollen on the inside. The young lady who was wiping down the dash and front seat kept going back over the surfaces until she was sure she had it all. When I drove away it was so clean I felt like I was just leaving the dealership with a new car. read more

Had been here once before and had a satisfactory experience-nothing above and beyond but satisfactory. Came last week and was sorry disappointed! Looked like severa areas had not been wiped at all. Front drivers mat hadn't even been moved and their was dirt left on it. Brought the wiping to their attention and they took care of the one area I saw. I paid for the highest level car wash and was very disappointed. There were at least 8 employees around, only 2 cars getting wash, and at one point 4 of the employees were wiping down my car with towels; however, there were still many parts of my car unclean. There was visible dirt not vacuumed, lots of smudges on the windows, as well as easily visible dirt remaining on the exterior. I will not return because it was a waste of money. read more

Showed up to an empty business during the middle of a work day and ordered the "Pro Wash". The first portion of the car wash is vacuuming the interior of the car. The employees did a thorough job and took care of the vehicle as I watched my beloved vehicle enter the washing portion. As the car came out, it appeared the washing cycle did not remove the majority of the dirt from my vehicle nor clean all the soap off. I watched as the employees drove my vehicle to the 4 other employees to dry the vehicle. The young crew did a lazy and sloppy job to summarize it. The bad part of it all was that I was so frustrated, I ended up grabbing several of their dirty rags they said were clean and started drying the parts of the vehicle that they somehow missed...which happened to be a lot of areas in easily accessible parts of the vehicle. The tire shine was lightly placed and afterward you couldn't tell there was tire shine on my tires. There was no air freshener placed in the vehicle (as stated by the vacuuming crew). The interior/exterior windows were not properly cleaned, the tires were not properly cleaned/shined, there was soap residue still left on the windows and on top of my vehicle. After I finished drying the vehicle while the others decided to either watch me or move onto another vehicle, one employee said to another with me present that "this dude needs to move his vehicle so we can work on the car behind it." I turned to him and said I would have already left if they would properly dried/cleaned my car in which I paid a nominal fee to do...even though I ended up cleaning it better than 4 of their employees. I then drove around Jiffy Lube (which is next to Sunset Car Wash) and proceeded to talk to the manager (female) that was at the register. She indicated that nothing is perfect and if the vehicle was very dirty, one wash would not remove the dirt. I informed her that my vehicle was not dirty and that I was disappointed in the effort her employees showed while taking care of a client's vehicle. Obviously I left disappointed and doubt I will return to this business. It was clear to me that the business does not really care about its clients and does very little to motivate their employees to actually do the job they were hired to do. I would recommend this place if you do not care what kind of job these people do and pay above-average prices for minimal effort. read more

Staff is friendly, quick but excellent service, clean waiting area, fair prices. My mom has been coming to this location for as far back as I remember. She had "leftover snow" on her vehicle and Sunset did an amazing job cleaning it all up! A regular wash and clean run you less than $20! If you're over 60, you get $3 off! read more

Have used this car wash for years. They go over and above expectations- lots of hands polish up all the hard to clean, often extremely dirty, niches in my beloved car. Even when they're crazy busy, they do the same great job. Nice folks, honest work, fair pricing. Worth the trip. read more

Not exactly sure what I just paid $30 for. I had to vacuum my entire car when I got home. There were sweaty arm prints on my windows and dirt all over my doors. Not to mention I saw a grown woman throw a temper tantrum and throw her towel down yelling at another employee. Double check they actually cleaned your car before you leave. read more

We asked them to do a thorough interior cleaning of a car in which someone had smoked with little ventilation, and they did an amazing job! Went in to get a wash. Paid for the best one. Service was crap. Didn't even vacuum the interior doors or back of my SUV. I understand things happen but when a little guy who I assume was the manager asked if I was getting taken care of I responded that I was not satisfied. He got a quick case of short man disease and could have cared less about taking care of me. Walked off with a sorry about your service comment and left me hanging. I just wanted someone to give good service but this is not the place. If you have an issue make sure you don't hurt the little guys feelings. read more
