I don't usually go online to express my feelings but when I heard about the review from Suzanne I. I with a good conscious had to express my views. I am wondering if she did have anything to hide...I have been going to this store for almost as long as it has been in business and found that staff both cordial and eager to please. They are always helpful when I could not find what I was looking for and if they did not have the item they would special order for me. I am sorry she had a unpleasant experience but she is the only person I have heard this happen to. Many of my friends are into crafts, knitting, etc. and go to this particular store for the same reason that I do. I keep returning because it is a pleasant place to go, the staff as I said are helpful, pleasant and eager to please. I am very upset that Suzanne I. had to tell everyone online. People today feel that they have to tell everyone about their problems. First of all most people don't care, secondly, its not all about you and thirdly if you felt you were hard done by why didn't you go back into the store and hash it out with them...if you had nothing to hide you wouldn't have had any problems about going back in there. I am a happy Cropcircles customer of at least four years now. Cropcircles offers a wide variety of knitting and crochet supplies, craft, cardmaking, painting, and scrapbooking supplies. Everything in the store is excellent quality at a very reasonable price!!! Then there's the class room...ohhh yeah! Kathy teaches the knitting class...if you want to know anything about knitting, she is one very talented lady. Helen teaches the cardmaking classes and ohhh she makes such magical cards! They also invite guest artists to come in to teach mixed media, stamping, painting. The list goes on. Best of all, whenever I visit the store I'm treated as though I'm part of the Cropcircles family; the helpful staff and positive atmosphere truly lift my spirits. Tired of the big "box store" feeling of indifference? Then come to shop at Cropcircles where you will be treated like you are someone special (and feel like a kid let loose in a candy store). I shop there all the time, I have never had bad service, they know there stuff, they bring it in if they don't have it and they always treat me with respect and appreciate my business. I can't understand why the reviewer did not go back in the store and clear up the problem. Were there other customers, did they have a hard time? Did the reviewer handle the problem properly, I think not. If you have a problem like that, go to the owner of the store and talk to them first don't post bad reviews unless you have tried to solve the problem yourself. I have read a post about Crop Circles and would like to disagree with this person. I have been a customer for 4 years or more of this business and have never had a bad experience. I take card classes there from the owner and outside guests and they have always met expectations higher than usual. I also purchase all my yarn from them and if they do not have it they are only to willing to order it for me.lan Something sounds fishy here. I have several friends that also frequent Crop Circles and have never heard a complaint from any of them. Crop Circles is a real goldmine for crafting supplies - a wide variety of everything you could ever need for virtually any craft you are doing. I have been scrapbooking for many years and when I first met Helen, one of the owners of Crop Circles, I was quickly won over to card making; I am now addicted to making cards for all my friends and family and take nearly every card class offered to improve my skills and give me new ideas. As well as learning new techniques, I have made many wonderful friends with other crafters and the classes have become a great social get together for me. I'm currently taking knitting lessons at crop circles, and as a crafter, have been going there since it opened. They always have the best selection of scrapbooking paper, and knitting and stamping supplies. I love my knitting lessons. They go at my pace, well worth the $25 fee. I know that I can walk in on my lunch, as I work in the mall, and can easily get help, and opinions on whatever project I am working on at the time. I love that everything is so well priced, I never feel like i'm overcharged for anything. Great place to take lessons of any sort, and get all your crafting needs! read more
