This was our first place to eat after quarantine!! They did not disappoint! We ordered fried pickles, they were crispy and seasoned perfectly. I regret not getting a picture of the jalapeño poppers we ordered because they were delicious, as well. I ordered the Blackened Mahi with mixed vegetables. Both were cooked perfectly and I cleaned the plate!! It was a nice assortment of veggies, too. Not the standard carrots, cauliflower & broccoli. My husband ordered a burger and chips and he was happy. The chips were homemade and had a nice kick in the seasoning. They have our favorite beers, Jai Lai on tap and Lil' Napoleon from Pensacola Bay Brewery, which is hard to get in Crestview. They have a juke box app where you can play music in the restaurant/bar right from your phone! This place is a jewel, the chef is talented, I would give it 5 stars. The first time I went with my daughter, we were seated immediately, service was perfect, she checked with us every time our drinks were low. We ordered mozzarella sticks, a Belly Buster and a MOBLT. The Belly Buster was HUGE! (we ended up taking half of it home) and delicious, I've never had a better burger. We loved the addition of the avocado and cilantro lime mayo on the MOBLT, took it from perfect to absolute perfection. My husband is not into anything new, but I dragged him down there for the sweet potato fries (my daughter says she doesn't like them, but she loved these). He was the same way, says he will now eat sweet potato fries because they were so good! He had the Grilled Mahi Mahi with garlic aoli, we've never had better at any restaurant. The waitress was new, but super attentive. I had put off going there because I thought it was just a pub, and I saw some bad reviews, but this place is the only place in Crestview that has an actual chef serving what I would consider to be 4 and 5 star cooking. If you're like me and you like your steak and burgers medium rare then the food is horrible unless you order something they can't F-up like salad and as far as their desserts don't ever order the beignet bites because they cook them with the oil too hot so the outside looks almost burnt while the inside is doughy, raw, and undercooked. The servers are rude and inattentive unless you're a single male sitting at the bar alone and when you say something to the manager and they say they'll take care of the problem and get you a different waitress don't believe them because they don't and then the service just gets worse. The only thing good about the place at all is the music bingo but honestly I'd rather drive an hour to enjoy the fun of music bingo in a different establishment than go into that dump ever again. If I were the owner I'd DEFINITELY be looking for new employees and I'd only hire people that understand customer service is their job to EVERYONE not just the single males they think they can flirt up to try and get a bigger tip. Honestly I'm the type that if the service is good I tip good. My tip depends on their ability to be a good waitress not be rude AF and completely ignore their customers and serve them cold food and not make them wait 10-15 minutes or more to get a refill on their drinks or end up never getting a refill because they aren't paying attention and we wait and wait and wait until we're completely done with our meal and then when we ask for a drink to go wait over a half hour till we finally just get fed up with it and go pay the bill and leave without the drink. read more

Went in and waited 10 mins to be sat. Got a table outside. Waited 15 mins no server ever showed up we left. Restaurant had 5-6 servers and the restaurant wasn't full. I worked in the industry for years and couldn't see a reason for the slow service. read more

Service was extremely slow. I visited with a group of about 20-25 people, which the restaurant knew was coming in advance, but it still took over an hour to get food. They only assigned 1 waitress to our group and it appeared she was waiting on others as well so service was not attentive. I ordered the sliders. They were nothing to write home about. The onion jam had little flavor and the pimento cheese was still cold in the middle. Additionally, my meal was the last to come out even though others in my group had ordered burgers or sliders. Another in my group ordered the ham and cheese and it wasn't even made the way it was described on the menu. Maybe after they've been open a while things will get better but I doubt I'll be back any time soon. Update: went back again in mid-March 2020 and the service was better but the food quality was still awful. They were hosting trivia night, which normally isn't a big deal except all the people who were off to the side and not participating couldn't hear their own thoughts, much less those they were dining with, due to the trivia being done over the speakers throughout the restaurant at an extremely loud level. Acoustics in this place are not ideal, lots of a hard surface for sound to bounce off, so this made it even more unpleasant. I won't be back again. read more

I have eaten here a few times now and I'm very impressed with the food and the service. I enjoy their "pigeon" burger which is Buffalo chicken and it's fried perfectly crispy. Ok so I am not normally one to post reviews but I could not help myself after tonight's visit. So my we arrived with my kids and family members (9) and they took our orders but that was the only thing that went WELL!!! It started to go down hill from there. We received our drinks and ordered our appetizers and food, well the appetizers did not show up until at least 45 mins. During this this time our waitress was serving everyone except us. Moving on, our wings came out without having extra plates and they were cold and hard. My son has hair on his cup for drinks and when the food came out and it was cold and hard and AGAIN HAIR IN THE FOOD. Well after over an hour and multiple members of the party saying their food was burnt we said something to the waitress and she said "you ordered well done". The burgers were burnt and my steak which was medium well was burnt and black. So we asked for the check then they took our cards and NEVER HAVE I HAD MY CARD CHARGED prior to signing but this damn place did and also added a group gratuity charge and a service charge. Look when I go to an establishment and I spend over 100 dollars and that was not everyone in the party I damn well expect better service. Just know if I lived here in FL I WOULD NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN... it's weird I read the the reviews prior and said I would give this place a chance even though I saw negative one. Well I learned this lesson. To the management please have your employees do more training prior to doing customer service. And also tell her to enjoy her tips and I guess she needed it more than me read more

It was an absolute mess, I went to dinner with my family on my last day in Florida on a vacation they didn't even serve me my food???? It took 45 minutes for a blackened chicken pasta.... Don't go CTG if you want to watch your game on one of their many TVs. You can be the first one at the bar gearing up for the Bucs game and they'll change the channel. Or you can have some aholes on the left side of the bar watching the Army/Navy game want to watch Soccer on the other tv. Even though I told the ahole I was watching the game. Visited for lunch. Our waitress was wonderful, however, I never got a tea refill. I don't know the county policy, but there was a guestat the bar with a dog that not identified as a service animal either physically or by manner. Note, I'm 100% for svc animals in restaurants, but a lot of people take advantage of that. I had fish tacos and rice pilaf. The blacked fish was tasty, but there wasn't enough avocado as I would have liked. I ended up eating just the fish and veggies out of the other two. The pilaf was salty, sticky rice with corn in it. Nothing impressive. I tried my sister's sweet potato fries, which are coated in cinnamon sugar. The first one was way too sweet, but, I'm still thinking of them after we've been gone a bit. Wow! I have no idea what happened to change this once awesome burger place to a really bad experience. I have a huge seafood allergy. I let everyone know and work with the staff to make sure that I'm not effected during dinner (it's a turn off when you start having breathing issues while enjoying dinner). I ordered fried pickles. They were burnt and way overdone. I sent them back because they were inedible. Then I ordered the Cobb salad. It looked so delicious. But I underestimated the cleanliness of the kitchen and was the victim of cross contamination. So I had benedryl for dinner. The waiter was rude, didn't remove the pickles, tried to guilt me for sending them back and was all around rude. But I'm the bigger person and still tipped 20% knowing how little waiters get paid. But I'm not going back. I'll go to the other places in Crestview that actually care about their customers read more

I might give them another chance. The staff was far from professional. Servers seemed confused about who had which tables, ended up sitting over five minutes before finally taking a drink order. One of my pet peeves is servers referring to us as "you guys"! (My wife is not a guy, and this ain't Newark, New Jersey)! For whatever reason, the presumed manager walked to the table next to ask if all was OK, then walked right past us like we weren't even there! What's up with that? The menu was kind of confusing as to daily specials, and the explanation wasn't very helpful either. Service was pretty slow. The food was decent, nothing special, but no complaint there.
