Great lunch spot. Great craft beer selection. Conveniently located in a strip where there is plenty of parking. Our waitress was great. Very cool, vibey spot. Definitely recommend.

Old fashioned

Really enjoyed my visit to the craft bar ! Huge beer selection. I had a passion fruit sour beer and a smoked old fashioned. Both were delicious. Our server was great and helped out with recommendations. The fried chicken was amazing. Steak frites were ok. I asked for medium rare and it came more so medium well but it's alright. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food and drinks. Would Deff come back if I'm ever in Panama City again.

Pimento burger

I stopped by here earlier today with my wife and twins for dinner. Whenever dinner time was around the corner, I had fired up Yelp to find a place and happened to stumble on The Craft Bar - PCB. Since there wasn't an online ordering option, I ended up calling in the order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 21 minutes later, and my food was ready to go. I was only in the restaurant for a couple of minutes, but there was a huge bar and plenty of seating, and it felt like it had a chill vibe. For dinner this evening, I decided to go with the Pimento Burger with French fries, while my wife chose the Blackened Skirt Steak. The menu described my burger as a half pound local beef patty topped with house-made pimento cheese and applewood smoked bacon, served on a toasted brioche bun with house-cut fries. My wife's dish was described as a blackened flank steak served over a bed of butter lettuce, accompanied by grilled zucchini, tomato, avocado, goat cheese, fried onions with a tomatillo vinaigrette. I really enjoyed my burger here; it was one of the thicker patties I've had recently and was certainly juicy. Both the cheese and the bacon added lots of flavor to the burger itself. The fries seemed were definitely freshly cut, well-seasoned, and cooked nicely. There were two misses for me: first, I couldn't have told you that it was pimento cheese, and second, the bun under the burger was quite soggy. I understand that happens with to-go food sometimes, and no real harm done, but there are ways to solve that. My wife also ended up enjoying her meal, telling me that it was a good salad when she had finished. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Both my wife and I enjoyed our meals here, and I would be interested in dining in with our twins.

Good food, good drinks and good service. Large selection of draft beers with the option of ordering 4 different sizes. Love the 4oz. size for testing purposes. Decent prices even after slapping in the 3.5% Operational Cost Fee on the check at the end. The French Fries as an appetizer or served with your food are fresh and delicious, probably the best in town. Service from Austin has been excellent the few times I've been there. Would recommend, and will be back myself in the near future.

Mac and cheese bites

Love a place that offers a made from scratch veggie burger and this one was a beauty. We sat outside because it was a nice night and our server was very friendly. The veggie burger was great, the mac and cheese bites were kind if expensive for 4 bites at $12. They were ok but they weren't as mind blowing as I hoped. One thing that was odd and I wouldn't recommend is their homemade ketchup, it's a spicy ketchup but it tasted too acidic.

Stopped in for an early dinner over Labor Day weekend, and despite the tourist crowds in town, the restaurant wasn't full at all. I decided to try something I hadn't planned on: the meatloaf. It was packed with flavor, featuring Conecuh sausage and a mix of other sausages, and it was absolutely delicious! The sides were great too-- the macaroni and cheese was creamy and comforting, and the greens with smoked meat had that perfect southern flavor. The meal was hearty, filling, and surprisingly cost-friendly. I believe my server's name was Savannah (though I'm not completely sure), but she was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. If you're in Panama City Beach, The Craft Bar is definitely worth a visit for a satisfying, budget-friendly meal.

Salad niçoise

We haven't been here in about 18 months. I was surprised to find the menu virtually unchanged, including prices. The salad niçoise is still my do to dinner and it was a little different and maybe a little better than last time. My wife's black bean burger was mush. Do not order. The fries, however are excellent. The beer selection is still excellent, leaning a little towards very local, but a nice variety of styles. Service was decent. But it was rather uncrowded for a Saturday night. I would have been disappointed to be ignored. Atmosphere is mellow, despite college football on tv. The room is kept dim and the place is classy in a minimalist sort of way. I still like it here.

Burger, chicken appetizers, and sidebar
Caitlin L.

We went in person after trying to call and place an order and no one picked up the phone. But it's ok since they had good food and great service. The burger they cut in half for us since we indicated we were sharing and gave us our own fries. Got the Nashville style chicken as an appetizer. And the 'sidebar' is potatoes, (2) Brussels, and Mac n cheese - their 'spicy' ketchup isn't bad but I opted for the regular for myself. Like others have said their mixed drinks are hit or miss. But food and service here is fantastic and wide selection of beer on tap. Would come back.

Craft Bar and Taylor.

Always come here when we are in town. Today Taylor took care of us. Helping pick the best beer for lunch. Even provided samples to try. Best Burger in PCB. Dont miss stopping by, you wont be disappointed.

Great beer selection, good food, and happy hour! My husband and I stopped in here on a Thursday night for happy hour after work. They have a good selection of cocktails and appetizers to choose from during happy hour til 6 PM I ordered one of their tasty whiskey cocktails ($5 on HH) and my husband got a couple really good beers (they have so many to choose from!). We also split the hot chicken which was a fairly big portion of spicy, delicious chicken on happy hour. We'll be back!

We brought in our fresh catch for their "Hook and Cook" experience, and from the time we sat down the folks at Brotula's treated us like celebrities! The restaurant was spacious and well decorated and made you feel like you were on the beach but then nothing could compare to the experience which was simply amazing! Chef Terrance was sensational and worked his magic for real! He took our fresh haul of fish and prepared it three different ways! The Vermilion snapper was fried to golden-brown perfection, the Tuna was blackened with a deep and sultry flavor, while the Triggerfish was beautifully seared. And let's not forget about those phenomenal sides which included roasted broccolini, crispy Brussels sprouts, fried corn, French fries, and some of the best creamy gouda grits I've ever had. We even had an amazing seared Lionfish dish as this was during the Emerald Coast Open. But the day would not have been complete it was not for our server, Naz. No words can describe how much he elevated the experience! The attention to detail was flawless, and his anticipation of our needs was so on-point I don't think we ever had to ask for a anything. This is the type of service you can write a book about! So if you are in Destin and especially if you've been fishing and need a place to cook your catch, please do yourself a favor and hop on over to Brotula's! Huge thanks to Naz and Chef Terrance!

First vacation dinner in Destin: Brotula's. It is absolutely amazing. I checked in around 6 and we…read moregot seating on their balcony, which was facing the turquoise waters of Destin. The decorations gave hs a great first impression when we entered the building. We had a friendly server that assisted us choosing our meal for dinner. He was friendly and kind, helping us with what we needed. We ultimately ordered the $300-400 "Deluxe" seafood platter. The main part consisted of 1lb snow crab, cluster crab, gulf shrimp, mussels, and king crab. The cajun flavor enhanced the dinner experience much more, and our entire family finished the whole plate. We have never ate seafood like this before, and it felt so good to explore another famous taste of authentic seafood. Try to enter around 6-7 pm, because the restaurant prioritizes outside seating and it does get packed after the said hours. When you visit Destin, maybe give this delicious seafood restaurant a try.
