Was looking for a contractor I could really depend on…read morebecause a lot of people out there will ghost you and talk to you like you're an idiot because you don't do the work they do full time. Well Eddie had excellent customer service skills and communication with him was stellar! I needed to fix the floor in our bathroom because the people who sold it to us had hid rot that existed in the bathroom floor and was covered up. I was going to replace the sub-flooring and retile the bathroom myself till I found that little gem. I felt it could possibly be hiding more than I felt capable of handling. So I had reached out to Eddie and he gave us a real decent quote that worked with our budget. Not only that but he and his team were able to use the tiles I had already purchased; they were very flexible and I appreciated that so much. When the job was done the bathroom looked AMAZING!! I was giddy. Even our plumber was in awe because of the quality of the tile and floor work! Now we have a bathroom that is bold and functional. Thank goodness for Rainier Renovations NW!

Roofers provided a great roof over our heads!…read more Mike's team is the greatest of all the contractors I have interviewed so far. He's honest and responsive, came for a quote quickly and followed up as promised. He went above and beyond to come really far up to do the job, even working in the pouring rain trying to make good progress. (they did cover everything so nothing was exposed). They also accommodated for the colored tile I wanted, went up to Everett to pick up the correct tiles (distributor didn't send in the correct tiles) and hauled them to me. These are the best roofer, the best contractors I've encountered. They use one of the best quality tiles and manufactures in the industry, registered for the warranty on time for us, and their price is fair. Weatherpro is the roofer you want to do the job, period.

Mike from MBR was contacted initially to seal my grout and after they started the work, he found…read morethat there was existing issues with the previous installation. He asked if I wanted him to look further and I said "yes" There ended up being a catastrophic amount of damage from an incorrectly installed roof that I got last summer which had resulted in a majority of the master bathroom having extensive water damage. Mike agreed to help me with getting everything fixed, essentially kick-starting his solo efforts as a general contractor and got his appropriate licensing and bonding to work as such in an individual capacity. He performed emergency coverage tasks on the roof during extreme weather to attenuate ongoing damage and ended up needing to gut and replace the entire master bathroom. Mike organized and subcontracted to experts for each specialized task including plumbing (all of the old plumbing in the walls was done incorrectly and would not last longterm) and large-scale tiling (Mike's father is a master tiler and it absolutely shows in the amazing work), always keeping me aware of any changes to the ongoing bill. While the task did end up being more than the initial grout cleaning, the full rebuild of my master bathroom was a significantly better value than other quotes I heard. The quality is masterwork and my wife loves it, and isn't THAT what really matters? It took several months to complete the job, due to always finding something else that the previous builders had done wrong or not at all; but now I have a master bathroom that I will not ever need to worry about. I will be hiring Mike again for my contracting needs.

I definitely recommend and will look to the MBR team for future home contracting needs.

Great, speedy response. A gentleman from the company came out, took a look at the trouble areas and we talked about repairing/replacing the flashing around the skylights as they weren't properly done when skylights were replaced by another company. We also discussed cleaning of skylights and possibly the roof as well. I went back inside while he went to "write up the estimate(s)", thinking he would come back inside when done. After a short while, I went out to see if he was still here. Nope! He was gone. I then looked to see if he left estimate somewhere outside or in mailbox. Nope! Again, nothing. Forward to a couple days later, thinking maybe the estimate was emailed to me; checked both inbox and "spam" ... third Nope! On January 26, I texted Travis (a VP of company) asking about this. No reply from him either. Tried emailing them directly but that is not an option as it always "there was an error...". If they didn't want the job, it would have been nice to know, no harm, no foul. What upsets me the most is they were highly recommended by a good friend. Guess I expected a more professional way of doing business.

I got quotes from three different companies, and their quote was the most competitive (it was actually 40% less that what the highest quote was.) Ahmed, the company owner, is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He communicated clearly what to expect, the workers showed up on time, the project was completed sooner than expected, and they cleaned the job site thoroughly when they were finished. My husband and I are pretty picky about the quality of work that we are satisfied with, as we do most home repairs ourselves and are detail-oriented, and we are pleased with this company's work, so that says a lot. I highly recommend them.
