They usually carry your tree to the front where it's trimmed and wrapped then secured on your car. I did go on a Sunday so it was busy, but not overly crowded. The service was impeccable, and also included attaching our selected tree to the tree collar (which is also sold there) and mounting it to the top of our car. We were also given a complimentary cup with candy canes in it. How cute is that?! Our selected tree was a medium-sized balsam fir that fills our apartment with it's beautiful aroma. For some reason I always pictured in my head the beer garden being a big white tent with some picnic benches inside. Well I was clearly wrong. The beer garden was so much larger and nicer than I expected. They have a ton of outdoor seating, a stage for live music, a bar to get your beverages and multiple food trucks that sometimes rotate each weekend. There were shaded seats and seats that get plenty of sun and it is all dog friendly! My husband and I each had two beers and some snacks from the food trucks. We will definitely be back, we just wish this was closer to home for us!

If she didn't have any information on the questions I asked she could have pointed me to the right person. A month later I had tried to return the one tree I had bought and thought that I would be able to exchange or at least get store credit. I followed all the steps that is on the website about returning a product. The person at the Customer service return counter made me feel it was my fault that the tree was not doing well after I planted it. She said and I quote "We can not help every person who comes in here". Isn't that part of running a good business? The day I was there was not a busy day.

I always had real Christmas trees growing up, but I had never bought one as an adult. Nevertheless, Almost Heavenly Trees & Greenery made the process way easier than I could have expected, and for the first time, like ever in my life, we left the tree lot with the first tree we looked at. This is a fantastic 'mom and pop' tree farm operation and the young man, forgive me that I have forgotten his name, was super fantastic! He spent 20 minutes with us making sure we had the exact tree we wanted, and even helped up strap it to the roof of our car for the trip home. I feel really bad that I've forgotten his name because he was so personable. Not once did I feel like he was rushing us even though the lot was busy. And the trees are spectacular. It didn't look like much when we arrived because it is just trees in a lot, but they are quite fresh. The trees (douglas firs) from the family farm in WV were cut about a week before being sold. We ended up with a frasier fir (personal favorite) which came from a farm in NC but we were told they were about as fresh but they just couldn't confirm the day they had actually been cut. The prices were very reasonable, especially for being a local business and not a 'big box' store. We were just so impressed and are so very happy with our lovely tree that we are definitely life-long customers as long as we are within reasonable driving distance! Recently I noticed quite by accident that they have been adding a 50 cent "fuel and freight adjustment" to every purchase, no matter how small. I could understand if it were a percent of the purchase, and if they were up front about it. However adding a 50 cent surcharge to a $7 purchase is a bit much. I would have sent this comment to them directly if I could have found a way to do so on their website.

I was very impressed with the detail of his explanations and patience. The garden center employee explained differences, growing patterns, flowering, which plants kept green all year and much more. He took his time. I never felt rushed. He answered all my concerns. At the end, I asked if they would be able to take out my old bushes and install the new ones. I received a very fair estimate and hired them. The gardeners came today and did an amazing job. They removed all the overgrown bushes, planted my new bushes and mulched. The sidewalk got a little mud on it and they even hosed it off so it was clean. Excellent service. Very competitive pricing. I highly recommend them. I also found out if they do the plantings it is a lifetime warranty on the plants unlike other places who have only a one year plant warranty.​​​

I could have a bad day and coming here instantly cheers me up. Prices... health costs money but copays cost more. You choose. Parking... decent. The turnover is quick and I've never had to wait to park. People are usually in & out. Issues... the only herbs they sell is cilantro. I'm ok with that (mostly). But I really wish they had mint & basil. They are closed during winter. Makes sense but... Those are the longest 4 months for me.
