We were seriously interested in purchasing a truck and asked for one very basic thing: an out-the-door (OTD) price before coming into the dealership. Instead of providing it, the salesperson repeatedly tried to pressure us to come in "so they could talk to the owner." When we politely but firmly said we wouldn't come in without numbers, communication suddenly stopped. No call. No text. Complete silence. If a dealership is genuinely motivated to sell a vehicle, especially one they claim they "really want to sell," providing an OTD price should not be difficult. Ghosting a ready-to-buy customer simply because they won't play the in-person pressure game is unprofessional and tells you everything you need to know about how the rest of the process would go. We've since taken our business elsewhere. Transparency matters. Respect for customers' time matters. This dealership showed neither. read more

I received a letter from Nate Rowan who is the general manager who had sent me a letter saying that I can trade in my car and be given a certain amount for my car and get a 2025 vehicle. I am going to attach the letter that will explain it. I will never go back to this place for anything. I have reported them to the FTC, the BBB and the Attorney Gen's office. This place is a joke. Run don't walk from this place that is located in MT. Pleasant Pa. I think they are sexist and they discriminate against people who don't have as much money as others and send you letters that they won't hold up their end of the bargain with when you email them. Nate had told me by email that I haven't paid on my vehicle long enough, I have this car for over two and a half years, am I supposed to pay on it til it's paid off and then try to trade it in? I stopped in today to look at a new Silverado, today was the VERY first time I've ever been to a Chevy dealer, everything was going swell until the sales "manager" if you want to call her that, barged into the office that me and the salesman were talking in and interrupted our conversation. No "HI, how're you today. My name is _" Nothing. She starts lecturing me about how I had to wait a certain amount of time before I could trade in my current truck, blah blah blah, but she was literally yelling. Like a highschool teacher on a power trip giving you a lecture. So crivelli, find a new sales manager because based solely on her attitude and level of rudeness I left, went right on down to Meegan and picked up a brand new F-150. Very disappointing that my first time ever in my life at a Chevy dealership ended with getting yelled at and lectured. read more

I would like to make you aware of my poor experience at your dealership in Mount Pleasant. On a whim my partner and I went to your dealership to look into trading in our car. We wanted to get into a vehicle such as a CRV or Rav4. Something with more capacity to carry items than our Chevy Sonic. We walked in and were greeted by a very nice lady. She went to find a salesperson to help us. Noah (not sure of his last name) came out and greeted us and took us to his office. We chatted about what we wanted. He was very excited, and went out to check on what was available. We had several stipulations: 1) Power Windows 2) Cruise Control 3) NOT Black or White due to issues in the past with cleaning those colored cars 4) SUV type of vehicle. 5) Preferred newer vehicle Our current car is a 2015 Chevy Sonic. It has 28000 miles on it. What he came back is what follows: 1) Power Windows 2) Cruise Control 3) Dark Grey/almost Black 4) 4 Door car - almost identical in size to our current car (either a Buick LaCross or a Verano) 5) 2014 car with 50000 miles (give or take) This car that he wanted to sell to us rose MANY Red Flags. 1) It was previously owned by a former mechanic at your dealership 2) It was NOT what we wanted (Type or color) 3) It was a year older than our current vehicle 4) It had twice the mileage as our vehicle 5) We asked for the CarFax REPEATEDLY and was deflected on the request. At least 4 times in an hour's time!!! 6) The car was being sold at almost twice what our car was valued at...putting us back to square one with our financing Noah left us to 'talk to a manager' and another salesperson, whom we never got his name, came in to 'explain the deal' and finally brought us the CarFax. He tried to sweeten the deal even more, but things just felt 'off' to us. After a few hours we were just frustrated and disappointed. In a last ditch effort, this salesperson showed us some Trex vehicles, and we were actually happy...until he told us what that would wind up being finance wise. We were disillusioned and just fed up. There was nothing wrong with the second salesperson, but the first one was VISIBLY upset at the CarFax request and grew frustrated with us, it seemed, as the sale conversation was going on. He left rather huffy and we got that second salesperson. The whole experience reeked of unprofessional red flags left and right. They really did NOT listen to what we wanted, nor did they seem to see that we were unhappy about the proposed sale. It really left a bad taste about the dealership. I am writing this to you as a courtesy. I feel that you, as management, should be aware of the type of experience we had. read more

My dad tried to trade his truck in yesterday. They wouldn't give him the price of the new truck or a trade-in value of his truck until he drove the new vehicle. He said he knew what he wanted and didn't need to drive it, just needed the price. He asked if he was going to get pricing or leave, they told him to have a nice day. This review is actually for the associated collision center operated by Crivelli. We are from Baltimore and had the misfortune to spin out on Three mile hill outside of Mt. Pleasant, PA- Did about $5k of damage to the car - it was repaired well and looks great and when we showed up to pick it up and they realized they hadn't repaired the busted seat belts they gave us a refund on one new tire that we had to buy so we would have matching tire on the rear, a free loaner car to drive back to Baltimore and returned the car the following week all fixed. So they did their very best to make up for the inconvenience caused by their error and that is all i could ask for. Highly recommend them. read more

This was by far the worst experience of buying a vehicle ever. Our salesman Rick Pulido lied to our face. We agreed on a specific set of side steps for a truck that cost us over forty thousand dollars and when it was time to install, they put the wrong ones on and refused to make it right unless we gave them more money. This has been an argument for three months. They simply refuse to make it right. The salesman knows the truth. The sales manager knows the truth. It's very sad for GM to have them represent them like this. We will never go back. We are loyal Chevy buyers. We decided to buy local this time. What a mistake. I called nearly every day for a week asking for an update only to be told either that they were still working on our deal or that the salesman was too busy to take my call and I would need to leave him a message. The last time I spoke with him, he said that he would definitely call me that day before closing whether we could come to an agreement or not. He never called.
