She also helped me save the lives of 3 street cats I had brought in who were in desperate need of placement and attention. She facilitated all of this like a complete champ and pro. This woman and place are true advocates for animals and their rights and wellness. I would trust this place with any poor, abandoned animal I've come across... the animal would be lucky to land here in the care of SLO animal services. I can't thank this team enough for their help with these sweet cats and for giving them a chance at a real shot at life. The intake was seamless and easy on the cats, thanks to Annette and just wanted to personally say thank you to her and the staff here. You're making a major difference. Thank you

We walked outside and although the dogs were loud and a little stressed, the kennels were situated so we could observe from a distance. There was a tortoise there when we visited, very tempted to adopt. It's been months with Mary and couldn't be happier. A
