Allie has been in the Crossfit business for many years and he has a depth of knowledge that is rarely seen these days. The strength I have built in the gym and what that strength makes possible outside of it has been one of the most incredible things I have ever experienced. I don't think I understood when I started just how much being physically strong would change the way I live my life. And we just keep going. I keep getting stronger and we keep finding out what else is possible. Saverio is simply best in class at what he does. He knows ALL the tricks. He has a very specific technique for rebuilding muscle so that you don't just build it and lose it again -- you actually restructure the muscle in a way that lasts. And his training is this really interesting mix of old-school techniques (I was around for the originals ) and newer, super effective advancements. He is constantly learning, constantly refining what he does and completely committed to excellence. He is an artist and if you ask me, a miracle-worker. But I also can't say enough about Saverio as a person. He is just such a great guy. He cares. He pays attention. He takes what he does seriously and he takes the people he works with seriously. We have spent a lot of hours together over these almost two years, and I feel incredibly lucky that he came into my life. I started attending NLF in 2017 and have been a member on and off throughout the years for various reasons, but every time I need to get back on track, they're the only ones I trust to get me there. Since moving to Viera, the distance and my schedule made it difficult to make the trek to West Melbourne. I attempted a multitude of program alternatives over the last few years, but they weren't as effective and I just couldn't stick to them. Just weeks before they announced their Suntree location, I was literally telling my husband how I wished I could find something like them up here. Now, I don't have to wish for something like them; they're here! Mike and the team put together great programs that maximize efficiency and never feel stale. They put thought into everything they do. They do their research and are always looking for ways to evolve. I never catch myself wondering why I'm doing something while I'm there. There's no BS or fluff. They keep it real, and you can trust that whatever they're asking you to do is for your own good. I especially appreciate the small group structure. It fosters community with the shared format for the session while being adaptable for individual needs. I never feel like I'm in the way of someone else's workout or rushed to keep up with someone else's pace. The small group format also allows coaches to provide that 1:1 attention without feeling like they're there to stare into your specific soul for an hour. Oh, and the cold towel at the end of each session is perfection. My best advice is to show up and trust the process.
