WOW! Finally found a place where I feel comfortable about working out and know that I am doing it…read morethe right way. I know I won't hurt myself because Bo is there with me and the group guiding us and telling what is the right way and the muscle group/s we are working on. His one on one class is a great introduction to the REAL way to do "workouts". I have a lot of "repairs" to my body and I am still with him. I went from private to group lessons and both have been invaluable!!! I belonged to other gyms, military and civilian and I can tell you that none of them compares to having Bo. He is knowledgable about his career, his gym is pristine, and he is very accommodating. Make your appointment today! Group classes are so Fun! Sandi

Brian with My Gym To You has been an outstanding trainer, assisting me in reaching all of my…read morefitness goals. I have always been an athlete, but got tired of the "same old same old" things I was doing at the gym. Brian gave me so many creative exercises to do, that my muscles were consistently kept guessing. I found his exercises challenging, but he always found a way to modify them if they were too hard for me. I was pleasantly surprised with the results I got with working with Brian. He was not only professional, but also reliable and organized. I would highly recommend him to anyone who would like to get in better shape, and do it in the comfort of their own home, or even nearby park. Brian brings all of the equipment to you, so it's completely doable if your a stay at home mom, work long hours and don't want to drive to a gym after work, or if you just enjoy staying in the comfort of your own home. You will not be disappointed!

TL;DR - No Limits Fitness is the best functional training and coaching you can get. No matter your…read moregoal, the trainers meet you where you are and push you where you want to go. I started attending NLF in 2017 and have been a member on and off throughout the years for various reasons, but every time I need to get back on track, they're the only ones I trust to get me there. Since moving to Viera, the distance and my schedule made it difficult to make the trek to West Melbourne. I attempted a multitude of program alternatives over the last few years, but they weren't as effective and I just couldn't stick to them. Just weeks before they announced their Suntree location, I was literally telling my husband how I wished I could find something like them up here. Now, I don't have to wish for something like them; they're here! Mike and the team put together great programs that maximize efficiency and never feel stale. They put thought into everything they do. They do their research and are always looking for ways to evolve. I never catch myself wondering why I'm doing something while I'm there. There's no BS or fluff. They keep it real, and you can trust that whatever they're asking you to do is for your own good. I especially appreciate the small group structure. It fosters community with the shared format for the session while being adaptable for individual needs. I never feel like I'm in the way of someone else's workout or rushed to keep up with someone else's pace. The small group format also allows coaches to provide that 1:1 attention without feeling like they're there to stare into your specific soul for an hour. Oh, and the cold towel at the end of each session is perfection. My best advice is to show up and trust the process.

I have been seen mostly for upper back/shoulder issues and some running related hip stuff and walked away feeling educated, relieved and renewed. I used to self diagnose and try to fix stuff at home and honestly that helped but it was like putting a bandaid on a deeper issue: I feel Flexx: IMT really helped me get to the root cause and fix movement patterns and soft tissue issues that lead to the discomfort and pain in the first place. I try to come here monthly. I'm so glad I found this place and that Gina as a therapist is so personable and real and genuinely invested in the patient's wellbeing: I'm particular about where I spend my time and where I spend my money. I'm such a fan of Flexx: IMT that I'm scheduling a movement analysis next month so future review pending.

Five stars simply aren't enough…read more I've been a member of Figurella for over two years, and it has been one of the best investments I've ever made in myself. From day one, I've been treated like family. The owners truly care about every woman who walks through their doors, and that care is reflected throughout the entire studio. This isn't a place for drama or gossip--it's a health and wellness community where women support, encourage, and celebrate one another. In more than two years, I have never had a single negative interaction with the owners, staff, or another member. I've consistently experienced kindness, professionalism, and genuine encouragement. I've read some of the negative reviews, and they simply don't reflect my experience. Personal disagreements shouldn't overshadow the character of an entire business or the incredible community they've built. Figurella provides the tools, accountability, and support--you simply have to show up and do the work. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about your health and success, I can't recommend Figurella enough.
