Terrible. Started leaf blowing at 6am with no consideration for the community. The worst.

It's when the unexpected happens that you really get to see a company's character. My husband and I live in a townhome, and while our yard isn't huge, we wanted a redesign that really made a statement. We reached out to Goldenwest Landscaping, and Kyle came out to meet us. The ideas he brought to the table were incredible. After walking the space, taking detailed measurements, and talking through our goals, he put together a layout on the spot that completely exceeded what we imagined. We were ready to move forward immediately. Unfortunately, our HOA had other plans. Kyle worked with us step-by-step, trying everything possible to navigate the HOA roadblocks. He helped brainstorm alternatives, offered guidance, and truly went above and beyond to help us find a solution. In the end, the HOA simply wasn't willing to budge. Even though the project had to be postponed, Kyle handled everything with professionalism and integrity. He made sure we were fully taken care of and honored our deposit without hesitation. We're genuinely grateful for the time, effort, and care that went into our design and the entire process. The experience proved to us that when we're finally able to move forward with our yard, Goldenwest Landscaping will absolutely be the company we choose. We can't wait for that day.

They communicated clearly, stayed true to their word, and delivered beautiful, high-quality work without cutting corners or playing games with pricing. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and about their clients having a great experience. Finding trustworthy people like this is rare, I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation. 10/10

Our first consultation was so helpful; she gave a lot of great insights, ideas, and resources, and followed up our appointment with a thorough email recapping what we talked about and links and info about our visit. What started as one consultation has turned into a year of growing, learning, classes and friendship. She now teaches my daughters and a group of their homeschool friends a hands on gardening class. It is the most magical, fun-filled, learning experience for them. She is always over-prepared with books, activities, and things to touch, see, smell, and do. She is really helping them understand, connect with, and appreciate nature. I recently took an adult seed starting class at Kristy's home and it was so fun! I grew my own seeds and it was so successful they are now taking over my kitchen! Just yesterday I went to buy more of her recommended supplies so that I can grow more. If you need her help for a consultation on your yard or garden, or want her to teach a class for adults or children I cannot recommend her enough.

Chris was excellent! -Property manager Vanessa and her assistant were super friendly and were always trying to go above and beyond with their answers to my questions. -Parking situation is spacious -Tenants were super friendly as well Furthermore, I've been in many apartment complexes in past and it's always difficult to communicate with property managers, as they are usually very busy and don't reply quickly to emails or calls. However, that is NOT the case at The Village at South Coast. Vanessa the property manager, is attentive to emails and calls, and is always so inviting when you stop by her office. She is so friendly and professional, and I couldn't have asked for a better property manager. I truly feel she is has a passion to providing excellent service, and you can see that by her actions and great personality. Thank you Vanessa for your excellent service! If I ever move back to Costa Mesa, I am going straight to The Village at South Coast. Cons: -None
