Our first visit to Crisp was on New Year's Eve. The place is small, with only two hightops that seat 6 or so, plus a few booths. The bar is available for seating as well. We've heard it feels more roomy in good weather when patio seating is open. The fire pit was blazing, and a few people waited there for a table. We'd love to try the pingpong outside when it gets warmer too. There are some decent beers on tap, though limited, and a good selection in the bottle. Pizzas and flatbreads are specialty, and the brick oven is visible from the dining area. We had the Duck Bacon, which also includes cherries and goat cheese. We found it on the sweet side, but delicious nonetheless. My sister and her husband split the Margherita, which they loved. My nephews built their own arrugula, tomato and bacon flatbread. That one was also a big hit. Our server was sweet and attentive. She was good with the kids. Prices were what you'd expect for a high-end, trendy spot like this. They don't take reservations but that's ok because they are fast and efficient and the pizza was delicious. We went on a Saturday night at about 7pm and only had a 20 minute wait. Stopped by on a summer Saturday night and waited over an hour for a table, but they warned us appropriately so we hung out at the outdoor bar. When we were seated we got a few of the vegetarian pizzas, including the "Summer Lovin" which was very good, as well as the Fusilli Jerry and garlicky shrimp pastas. Their meatballs are pretty good but it is the Bolognese pasta that really shines. You will not be disappointed. Oddly weak point? The pizza. All have too many odd ingredients and many with drizzles. Born & raised on Cape and this is hands down one of the best places to eat, if not the best. The owner is a local, awesome guy. The service is always awesome: Kylie, Ryan, Trey, and Teagan are all exceptional as is their manager. It's almost always busy but we never feel forgotten or less than tended to. We love bringing our dog to sit outside. One of the few places in the world I actually hope for a wait so we can have a drink by the fire pit. They're always updating and expanding and I love that. Great evening. Outdoor seating is excellent with heat lamps when needed. We also played ping pong and corn hole while waiting for our food. There are also two fire pits to enjoy... In the middle of little Osterville, MA there is a modern pizza restaurant that is to die for! This pizza is fire oven baked topped with high quality ingredients. The atmosphere is unlike any pizza restaurant I know. It is very clean and well maintained. The outdoor fire pit was a hit with my crowd as it brings ambiance and cozy warmth in the middle of December. As a newly turned year rounder, I would say it is one of the highlights of Osterville!!!! The WORST Pizza/ Flatbread EVER !! Ordered day before Thanksgiving, was told it would be ready in 50 minutes 4:40pm told to come at 5:27. Waited an additional 20 minutes there. When handed the pizza/flatbread it felt very light. Got home 15 minutes later, hardly any cheese on it, cooked way beyond what it should be. Tasted like we were eating cardboard, threw it out. Okay food. I guess they think they're fine dining (charging per drink for unsweet tea refills). A flatbread and unsweet iced tea with two refills was $25. The flatbread had no special flavor, it just was. The crust was crisp though so they got that right. Interior was attractive, outdoor seating area was nice, but the staff was unfriendly and snooty. It's real good here . I have . Once gotten a bad pizza . My fault I should have said something but it was July 4th and I didn't open till I got home . That was a supper abnormality . I'm a tough critic I order here a lot and it's good 99% of the time . On the 4th they get super busy I'm talking like you have to wait 2-3hrs for your order so plan ahead . I think the guys were just overwhelmed . Shout out to their lunch menu , good deal get a pizza and salad for like 14$ . I think that's reasonable . Outside seating is superb especially for after the beach . Off season in the winter on Tuesdays they used to do b1g1 pizza but I this past off season they stopped doing it during covid it was too popular on Tuesdays . This place serves amazing flat breads. We ordered Bruchetta, Pasta and Margarrita flat bread. All the items were absolutely delicious. Their portion sizes are perfect.
