I'm not a healthy restaurant person. But, I thought Crisp & Green was really good. I got the Buffalo Blu wrap. They let me choose a different cheese. The employees were really nice.

We stopped here on a whim and left feeling so satisfied! Salads, bowls, wraps...it's old news but Crisp & Green is keeping it light & fresh. You can order from the menu or build your own. I liked the diversity of flavor profiles that are offered. The staff was very pleasant and the restaurant was very clean. I'll definitely be back for more!

I have been here twice and have loved it! My favorite is the crispy teriyaki bowl. Everything here is fresh and delicious. It's really healthy too. They also have yummy açaí bowls.

Best Cobb in town. I have now had this salad many times and it's one of the best. Love watching them make the salad right in front of me and the jalapeño dressing is delicious. Not too spicy because I usually can't handle a lot of heat but this is really good. The salad comes with jalapeños but I usually don't put them on there because I can't handle it. Ha! Service is fast and usually friendly but it depends on who you get. There is one individual who might not like the job but for the most part and because you see them making the food in front of you it's not a problem.

Overall impression: Very clean and they are accommodating but I think they have a lot of kinks to work out. Seems like a new place. They got a lot of mistakes wrong with the order. Average price $13-$15 I do like the ambience of the establishment. It's very clean inside and everything sort of matches the look that they're going for. Bathrooms are very big and very clean. Staff is fine they seem to be trying to do their best But my main concern was that the bowl that they made had lots of mistakes. They were missing lots of ingredients that were advertised on their menu. I'm sure it'll get better as time goes on.

We love salads. They're fresh, fast, and nutritious. So we were very happy when Crisp and Green opened, offering a fast casual way to eat a healthful meal at a reasonable price. The ambiance is great, with both indoor and outdoor seating, natural light, and the dining area has always been clean when we've visited. Our first few visits were great. We loved the apple cider pumpkin seed vinaigrette they used to offer. It was light and tasty without overwhelming the flavors of the salad components. This time my husband got the Buffalo chicken salad. He had a difficult time eating it because in his words, it was unappetizing. I got a build your own bowl with rice, spinach, too much olive oil, and a few toppings. Unlike other fast casual dining places where you can build your own bowl, burrito, etc, the person making my salad on this most recent visit did not tell me what was included or let me know what was an up charge. So since they were not forthcoming with upcharges, I specifically asked for every item is this an up charge. I knew the avocado would be an up charge but was not told that the strawberries or the tiny scoop of bacon bits would be two additional up charges. Maybe she couldn't hear or understand what I was asking, but she should have explained that these would cost extra. This is standard practice at other fast casual build your own meal places we have eaten. For example at Chipotle they'll ask "that'll be an extra $1 is that okay?". To make matters worse, we weren't given a receipt when we paid and there was no screen to verify we knew what we were paying for so I thought maybe they had accidentally charged us for too many drinks or charged one of our bowls twice because it ended up being almost $10 more than we expected based on the prices on the menu board. We actually went back inside and waited again to ask for a receipt to see what was charged and that's the first time we learned that the strawberries were not included as one of the four toppings and that the protein was not included either. Despite the cashier being friendly she was not able to figure out how to offer a refund on the items for which we didn't know we were being charged. The three stars are for the mixed experiences we've had here, some great, some not so great. We'd love to come back in the future but the idea of having to ask the person building my salad whether every single item is included or not and what up charges there are... and even then not finding out until afterwards... makes us less inclined to return because ordering should not be that complicated. They should let you know ahead of time what you'll be paying.

I loveeeeee Crisp & Green! This place is such a fantastic addition to the food scene in Utah. It is so nice to have healthy options in the valley, let alone DELICIOUS healthy options. The vibe here is modern and young. Food is clean, crisp, and fresh. There are salads for all sorts of flavor profiles and if you aren't interested in a salad, there are açaí bowls and rice bowls as well. Service is awesome. Tips are not accepted here because as the manager says, "We pay our employees a fair wage." I think this is very respectable of the Crisp & Green owners! Love this place!!!!! The No Prob Cobb is my FAV!!

I do not understand how this place has over a 4 star rating. This was my first time trying it and I likely will not be returning. We placed an online order of two kids salads and two smoothies to go and it was almost $38. Also I ordered an extra dressing that didn't make it in the bag, unfortunately. The kids salad literally had a small handful of lettuce and a few toppings for $8. There wasn't anything special to it, the food was just okay. The smoothie was super runny and almost room temp when I got it, but the flavor was decent. Also, heads up, if you opt for the bread for $.50, it is literally a slice of store-bought wheat bread. I was hoping for a roll or some homemade bread, something that would be really delicious with the salad, but no such luck. Very disappointing. Not a place I care to try again. I can make what I got there for under $1.

Stopped by on a whim for lunch. Loved the C'est La Viche salad - the shrimp was perfectly cooked, the veggies crisp, and the dressing had a pleasant gentle spicy kick. Inside was very clean and parking area spacious. Great place if you're trying to be healthy!

Crisp & Green was delicious! The decor inside is so cute and welcoming with AMAZING views of the mountain ranges. I would come and work here even. The food and drinks were delicious. I got the Caesar salad with Romaine lettuce instead of kale. You have a lot of options and can substitute out which I love. You're able to make your own bowl or have one of their own curated options. I will be back to try some more of the bowls!

Healthy, locally sourced food in a super cute setting with chandeliers?!! Making all my "it girl" dreams come true. We got there 30 minutes before closing and I don't normally like to do that, but the woman who helped us was super nice about it. The Thai Me Up bowl... fresh greens, shrimp, oranges and a bit of spice... smash. I tried their agua frescas drink and probably wouldn't get it again. I get it's supposed to be super healthy and I'm sure it was but the lack of flavor wasn't doing it for me. I'd rather just drink regular water with a slice of lemon. But oh yeah, I'd go here again. Plus, I heard they host monthly workout classes and I for sure need to check that out!

I got the cista la something, it came with shrimp. I added the Parmesan statue for looks. I am a very picky eater. Anytime I go to Zao they always nickel and dime me when I make changes to the food so I stopped going there. Here at Crisp & Greens I was able to make changes freely without hearing that'll be an extra $1.00 every single time which made me their biggest fan. We paid $13 dollars for this salad. Two salads and two waters came to $29. It was a good buy and fresh ingredients. Recommend them.
