Honestly this is probably the healthiest food in Rochester Minnesota. More importantly in my opinion it's one of the yummiest. If I didn't add the Parmesan crisp this would be an insanely healthy and delicious meal. Still not bad even with the. Cheese crisp I just couldn't help myself. Think of this as a chipotle style of build it yourself bowls. It is still possible to make it unhealthy if you really try to do it, but most of their ingredients are lean and nutrient rich so you'd have to really go out of your way to do that. Fun spot to grab a quick dessert bowl. It was perfectly sized and prepared. The flavors were great and the coconut was a nice touch . We took it to go but look forwards to eating in someday soon. The service was very friendly too. read more

Only giving it 5 stars because I love their açaí bowls. This place is expensive but at least their salads are filling. $12 for an açaí bowl and almost $4 for a kombucha. My total came to $17 and I was taken back. It's definitely a "come every once a in while" type of restaurant because it is pricey. Their ingredients are fresh and I love how they make the salads in front of you. Employees are nice and plenty of seating in front and outside the restaurant. read more

Stopped here for a quick Lunch and to give it a try. I think I found one of my new favorite places to eat in the Rochester Minnesota area. The salad I had was fresh, the greens were crisp and flavorful and the plethora of other ingredients were a perfect combination for the salad. We had gotten two smoothies, Big Island and Date Night. I know that this store is a healthy place but I thought their smoothies would be at least sweet. Out of the two, Big Island is the better one, not really sweet but a micro amount of sweetness. And Date Night was so bland and chalky! Both smoothies leave a bad after taste. Had the southwestern salad but switched to the jalapeño lime vinaigrette and no cheese to make it dairy free. It was really yummy! However, this is the second time we've tried a smoothie from there and both times we are not happy with it. We have had "date night" and "blue boost". Both times my husband and I have agreed they are unwhelming. They lack flavor and have way too much protein powder. It's chalky and leaves the powder feeling in your mouth. Food great, but service lacking! On June 6 I placed an online order using the app at 10:30 am for 2 Seoul bowls. Requested pickup time 12:15 pm. Arrived at 12:15. At 12:25 I inquired as to the status of my order. I was told, "I'll check on it" then the person never returned to me. At 12:40 I inquired again to another person and was told ""I'll check on it". Again that person never came back to me. Meanwhile many people were served via the walk in line. Finally at 12:50 I asked if I could simply get in line as there was only 1 person in line. I was reluctantly told yes, so I did. I showed the person in line my online order from my phone and they were confused but agreed to make it. Very frustrating and there were at least 5-7 other people with online orders also waiting. I saw no evidence of managerial oversight. Again, food is great, but I doubt I'll use the app for ordering. It would have been quicker to just show up and get in line. read more

I am still sitting in my car, after eating at the new crisp & green in Rochester Minnesota. I came to meet a friend for lunch and as I walked in I was excited seeing the menus and the photos of the salads. I love a good chicken Caesar salad so wanted to try the one here. Unfortunately I don't have good things to say about it. I chose to have it with romaine lettuce instead of mixed with kale and had everything else in it that was mentioned on the menu. The portion size was quite large and as I took my first bite I enjoyed the flavor of the Caesar's dressing. Unfortunately the chicken was extremely dry, it was also in the salad that my friend had and she mentioned how dry it was. It's a marvel that I could even hear her tell me that the chicken was dry because the acoustics in this place are atrocious. She and I could barely hear each other over how loud everything was. From the talking from everyone else eating there and the ridiculous clanking from the kitchen with the metal bowls and metal tongs. I left 50% of the salad in the bowl due to the dryness of the chicken. For the price of $14 I would have expected juicy, warm chicken breast at the very least. There were a lot of intriguing things on the menu that I would like to try, but I would think that you shouldn't really be able to screw up a chicken Caesar salad, so I'm leery. Sorry for the bad review but just being honest. I hope it helps at least with the quality of the chicken. :/ read more

I have had great experiences at this restaurant before but was disappointed with my first time doing a mobile pickup order. I ordered a teriyaki bowl and requested less spinach than the standard recipe but my bowl had at least 4 handfuls of spinach in the bowl and very little rice. I was also disappointed that the bowl contained what appeared to be pickled onions (?) instead of roasted peppers and onions. I normally don't post negative reviews, but was looking forward to treat myself to a takeout dinner and was overall disappointed with the product I received for the price I payed. read more

My husband and I went for the soft opening today. He had a Fiesta bowl ( replaced Chicken with Tofu) and I had a Seoul bowl. All fresh veggies and very tasty. I love that the juices don't have any sugar and tried a sample pineapple smoothie too, I didn't taste any sugar in it. No usual Soda/pop stuff which is great !! Awesome food, good portion size.
