Fiancé is a collector and when we asked to return a figure due to slight…read moreimperfection we bought at a previous location a few hours prior, to be able to purchase one from them instead the cashier told us no. As if they make money off mf commission. We also planned to spend $$ there on another figure but his asshole attitude fucked it all up. Since when can't we return / exchange a figurine unopened with a receipt from another location? Seriously look into your crappy workers because that's bullshit. I'll add photos of the slight imperfections that he REFUSED to let us return.

This only covers one year after manufacture warranty. Plus you have to pay a $50 to $100 service fee for them to come look at device. Because they don't look at appliances if you take them into the store. You schedule an appointment 3 days out and take a day off work because they won't let you take the appliance into the store. I know because I took my microwave in and they refused to look at it. They said I have to schedule a service call. Then they email you the day before the scheduled appointment to say they have to reschedule you. So I paid 2 years X $180 a year and $50 service fee for a microwave that cost $400. Here is what happened after the technician got to my house. He opened the microwave. He took a couple pictures of the -SE_ code that was shown, (the same code I told them the day that I called to make the appointment. Then he said he needs to go all the way back to the store to see what the code means so they know how to fix it. I MEAN SERIOUSY? You knew the code before even sending the guy out. NOW, my girlfriend took two days off for them to reschedule one day then come for 10 minutes, take pictures and leave. Now they rescheduled us for Aug 1st to come out and supposedly fix it. ANOTHER DAY MY GIRLFRIEND HAS TO TAKE OFF WORK TO BE AT THE HOUSE... All this could have been taken care of at the store when I drove it over there. OR ATLEAST RESEARCH THE CODE SO YOU ARE PREPAIRED TO FIX THE DEVICE THE 1st TIME YOU GO TO THE HOUSE... A buddy just told me has had MUCH better service from Rent a center.

Her coworkers were more professional than her. As we are already waiting she is in the back doing a bunch of nothing and when she decides to surface instead of asking her teammates who is next she flocks to the next man in there and starts flirting with him jumping in front of ALLLLL the people waiting including myself. One customer ask her what is happening. She points and tell her im next. She doesnt care. I stand up and tell her im next and she should not have went out of order, she tells me she can refuse my service and goes to the next man of course and starts helping him. I am sure Spectrum does not know you are representing them this way. I will definitely be leaving reviews in all platforms changing my service and hoping corporate sees this and train "MANAGMENT" better because my experience was definitely poor and not from the workers but so called "MANAGEMENT". I walked up to the counter at the next avaliable rep and he told me he had an appt waiting, the customer that was waiting told him to help me first. Even the other customer knew they were wrong. Good customer service is hard to find. Looks like spectrum is hiring anybody. Carla Lopez would not even own her mistake, she just threatened to refuse customers service. Worst experience ever!!!
