We ended up having to drive over and have it done at the store and the lady who helped us was helpful and got it handled, but definitely didn't seem like she was from here. She was very short with us and kind of smart with us-rather than being incredibly helpful, but we got what we needed, so I'm not even mad. Thankfully it's all done and over with now. We only waited about 5 minutes and several other people were in and out while we were there, so the service is certainly quick.
