She was so good I picked her out a bone to chew on the way home! The only problem I had is they had a poster with a bundle deal that included nail polish but the girl working said they don't carry the polish....if u don't have it take the sign down or ask people to big some in.

The assistant manager listened to my concerns and contacted the District Manager. They agreed to pay for my dog's treatment at the vet to have the loose tooth removed. They handled it quickly and with consideration, and I do appreciate that. So, I am changing the rating. The grooming service has gone way downhill. I started taking my dogs there two years ago and was generally pleased. Then, last October, I brought my dog there for grooming and he was supposed to have a nail grind. When I picked him up, they said they could not do the nail grind because he wiggled too much. Ok, not a big deal. He was so eager to leave I didn't notice until he was in the car, that one of his toenails was ripped at the quick and twisted sideways. It was bleeding all over. Now, I realize that dogs can jerk their foot and something like that could happen, but they never said a word about it when I picked him up! There was no way they could not have seen it. Now today, he went in for grooming, and when he was picked up he had a tooth knocked loose and they said it "must have happened while they were trimming his nails and he was wiggling". You have injured my dog twice. I will NEVER EVER step foot in that store again for any reason.

I have never been so insulted, humiliated and now my daughter is upset and crying because her snake will have to wait for his food. And we have gotten boxed from then that we have had to sit outside due to them having roaches. it's disgusting! I'm so thankful I did, because the super kind Animal Control Officer explained that the Rescue had CLOSED, but she directed me to reach out to the Save A Mutt Kennel because the dogs from Carolina Canine Rescue had been taken there. She then looked up the Kennel's phone number for me. I wish I knew this awesome young lady's name. She went the extra mile to get me to the right place.

The store is overcrowded with racks, clothes disheveled and employees that won't even acknowledge you when you walk by them or vice versa. The parking lot outside Belk gives you a preview of what's in store. You cannot see the paint lines clearly, the exterior of the building doesn't match the part of the mall that Belk does not own. Now you're probably thinking it's this way because it's Christmas, but it's like this all the time. I'd recommend shopping at the Belk in Winston Salem, because at least down there, you can park in a decent parking lot and move through the store without tripping over a lot of fixtures while seeing a good choice of clothes. Sure, the employees still won't speak to you, but we've all grown accustomed these days to poor customer service e everywhere, right?
