To make a very long and complicated story short; I hadn't received the promotional free earbuds and made multiple attempts to contact customer service on the T-Mobile app as well as calling and speaking directly to the manager at N Spokane store on Division without any resolve. I went frustrated and with all my evidence in hand. Feeling defeated, I entered the Colville store location and Jose the store Manager took the time to listen and understand my situation. Jose, and his team quickly began going online, making phone calls to fix the problem that they could see wasn't my fault . I finally felt like a valued customer. Not only did they get me my earbuds from their store stock he also found 2 other serious errors that were made from Spokane store on my account. He again got on the phone and fixed it to the best of his ability and had the foresight to make a detailed note on my account in case there were any further issues. I never received a call from the manager or Braden. I paid the bill and will never shop in this store again. Be aware it is not a real Verizon. You're better off driving to the corporate store in Coeur d'Alene, they'll take great of you.

Been with AT&T for more than 25 years. Time to switch to T-Mobile where they actually have legit plans for 55+ at a far better rate than $185 a month for two lines & two watches. BYE AT&T!
