Even if it was 8 hours out of my work schedule. After a few small issues and being told things and then getting those words retracted, I started getting bills for my phone and plan that were twice of what I was expecting. This started in September of 2021 and is currently going March of 2022. After this friendly employee became the store manager he started not helping me anymore. He even told me he had helped me enough. Come to find out he didn't know what he was talking about and was dropping the ball on returning my old device. Which in return caused me to have to pay for a new phone twice. (*note I paid the remainder of the device off in September the day I got the phone)That's when he told me he had helped me enough and made me leave his store. I have over 6 help ticket requests with the Go Wireless company and every time I call I get told to wait 48 hours. It has gotten to the point where they have automatically withdrawn amounts so high that I have had to stop making house payments. They then continue to try and pull out payments from my bank even after I have left the company and closed my account with them. As a customer, I had ever right to be upset. Not to mention the HOURS and Days that I have taken off of work to deal with this. Do NOT shop here. All of the employees quit, but the one who refuses to take responsibility. And is now the store manager. Please do not waist your time here. They will sound all good and doing you a great deal, but they honestly don't know what they are doing. Best to just go to AT&T. As of today, still no results and out another $700 and a phone that was under warranty and no credit for that phone that was paid off it was an $800 phone or more. STAY AWAY from here PLEASE.

To make a very long and complicated story short; I hadn't received the promotional free earbuds and made multiple attempts to contact customer service on the T-Mobile app as well as calling and speaking directly to the manager at N Spokane store on Division without any resolve. I went frustrated and with all my evidence in hand. Feeling defeated, I entered the Colville store location and Jose the store Manager took the time to listen and understand my situation. Jose, and his team quickly began going online, making phone calls to fix the problem that they could see wasn't my fault . I finally felt like a valued customer. Not only did they get me my earbuds from their store stock he also found 2 other serious errors that were made from Spokane store on my account. He again got on the phone and fixed it to the best of his ability and had the foresight to make a detailed note on my account in case there were any further issues. I had actually purchased my phone from Joe and knew he had navigations in his brain that I never will. Joe and Don solved my tangled-up email problems with knowledge, humor, and goodwill. I am so grateful to both of them. When I got home, I switched from my phone to my laptop. All of the problem solving transferred perfectly to my laptop device. Absolutely, a 5 + 5 STAR experience.

Been with AT&T for more than 25 years. Time to switch to T-Mobile where they actually have legit plans for 55+ at a far better rate than $185 a month for two lines & two watches. BYE AT&T!
