I went to T-Mobile in Colville WA to try and fix a problem that I had from the N Spokane store…read moreafter signing up for their Black Friday promotion and upgrading to a new IPhone 14 pro max plus. To make a very long and complicated story short; I hadn't received the promotional free earbuds and made multiple attempts to contact customer service on the T-Mobile app as well as calling and speaking directly to the manager at N Spokane store on Division without any resolve. I went frustrated and with all my evidence in hand. Feeling defeated, I entered the Colville store location and Jose the store Manager took the time to listen and understand my situation. Jose, and his team quickly began going online, making phone calls to fix the problem that they could see wasn't my fault . I finally felt like a valued customer. Not only did they get me my earbuds from their store stock he also found 2 other serious errors that were made from Spokane store on my account. He again got on the phone and fixed it to the best of his ability and had the foresight to make a detailed note on my account in case there were any further issues. He used all my account errors as a teachable moment for his team and got them all involved in fixing it. Thank you Jose, and your team. Welcome to the Neighborhood.

I'm killing the $40 but can't go back to the free bundle due to her incompetence/lying and now have to pay for it. Cannot recommend this store at all.
