We were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Luecke's!!! We were in need of a dishwasher and instead of…read morebuying from big box store we decided to buy local. Ordered dishwasher on November 20, 2024. Was told it typically takes 5-7 days to come in and probably would be closer to 7 because of Thanksgiving holiday. 3 weeks later after several phone calls we still have no dishwasher. Was told they had located the one we ordered and it would be there the next week. My husband took old one out, went to pick up new one and still didn't have it. If they had just told us upfront it would be weeks later before we got the dishwasher and given us the opportunity to order something different that would be one thing but we felt like they were either dishonest or don't know what the heck is going on. Instead of them staying in contact with us we were the ones repeatedly calling them to find out what was going on. Take our advice, drive a little farther south and steer clear of this place!!

They didn't even have the courtesy to tell my electrician. He picked up our order and it had doubled. They raised the cost of materials 100%. After I called in, they communicated that they used their existing spool and had to increase the cost. 100% increase in two weeks? I told them I worked for an organization that currently had numerous quotes with them and I was concerned with the significant increase at home and for work. They communicated they could get deeper discounts from wire manufacturers for larger square footage projects. I do not believe the cost of goods increases 100% in two weeks. They never even reached out to communicate with anyone. I think it's sad if you were a larger entity they will look out for you but individuals are left out in the cold. I would check out other suppliers in the area. Price gouging in other industries is illegal (fuel), it should be the same for construction supplies as well. Buyer beware!!
