It took a month for them to install, but couldn't connect the phone. They shut off her home phone and said it couldn't be fixed until 1-2-26. Talked with management and they expedited it to 3-5 days. She has medical equipment that needs the phone. Mom is 93 yrs old. This is unacceptable.

I have pretty good service online or via the phone but this particular AT&T store is awful. I have been here twice over the last year or so because it is the ONLY one in town but I will not go there again. The employees are not pleasant nor helpful. In fact, I get the feeling they try to do as little as possible. I will drive to the next city if I need in store service from now on. In fact, I did. I went to the store in Franklin, IN and they were immensely more helpful!

Telling you you'll get such and such speed slows down but it slows down in buffers because everyone wants on at the same time of course and they know that. But they don't tell you that you just find that out. You can never get anyone on the phone that's out of the question. They're chat line is a joke. Horrible customer service horrible company do not recommend. So happy that right now for the first time in years I have a different company as an alternative and they have a following and their local I can talk people. Can't wait to call Xfinity this week and get rid of them. Was able to turn off the horribly expensive cable option which was almost $200 a month, a couple of years ago and that was the best thing I've ever done now I can't wait to get rid of this $125 joke of an Internet and I'm supposed to be on the fast speeds.
