I want to let everyone to know how AT&T values their customers. My bedridden mother is without…read morephone service for at least 3 to 5 days. She was forced to upgrade phone and internet. It took a month for them to install, but couldn't connect the phone. They shut off her home phone and said it couldn't be fixed until 1-2-26. Talked with management and they expedited it to 3-5 days. She has medical equipment that needs the phone. Mom is 93 yrs old. This is unacceptable.

I have pretty good service online or via the phone but this particular AT&T store is awful. I have been here twice over the last year or so because it is the ONLY one in town but I will not go there again. The employees are not pleasant nor helpful. In fact, I get the feeling they try to do as little as possible. I will drive to the next city if I need in store service from now on. In fact, I did. I went to the store in Franklin, IN and they were immensely more helpful!

There's almost always been someone at the front to ask if I need help, and I've come here many times. Selection is pretty good for my needs, which are mostly PC accessory/gaming-related. They're always happy to order whatever you need if they don't have it in stock.
