I want to let everyone to know how AT&T values their customers. My bedridden mother is without phone service for at least 3 to 5 days. She was forced to upgrade phone and internet. It took a month for them to install, but couldn't connect the phone. They shut off her home phone and said it couldn't be fixed until 1-2-26. Talked with management and they expedited it to 3-5 days. She has medical equipment that needs the phone. Mom is 93 yrs old. This is unacceptable. read more

If I could give this AT&T store a negative star I would. And I do agree with one other reviewer who that it is not AT&T as a company I have terrible service with. I have pretty good service online or via the phone but this particular AT&T store is awful. I have been here twice over the last year or so because it is the ONLY one in town but I will not go there again. The employees are not pleasant nor helpful. In fact, I get the feeling they try to do as little as possible. I will drive to the next city if I need in store service from now on. In fact, I did. -1 star if I could One can tell that this is a franchise store, not AT&T owned. The first bad impression I got was when the "salesman" tried to talk me into buying an Iphone 11 instead of the 12 models to which I was inquiring. Throughout the transaction there was condescension with the "salesman" calling me, and other patrons, "boss" or "bossman". Not professional at all when someone is potentially spending $1000. He also had quite dirty fingernails which caused me to cringe as he was fingering up my personal phone. Repeatedly combing his hair with his hands is NOT professional in today's pandemic environment. While my transaction was a bit complicated, ultimately the "salesman" told me I would need to go to a corporate store.This was after all authorizations through corporate had been granted. Aggravated, I insisted that he run the request again, and, after he had been the one to make the error, it went through. Clearly he is not as adept at navigating the AT&T system as he would so arrogantly portray. This is what I get for choosing a store which is convenient? I will NOT use this outlet store again. I feel the review for this business is to directed at ATT themselves. This retailer has some of the best employees I have dealt with through att. Troy pointed us in the direction of items we wanted and gave his honest personal opinion on everything. We did have a slight hiccup and had to go back and Derek the manager handled everything well and helped inform us what to do. read more

Worst company on tthe face of the earth!!!!! Wish I could give them negative stars. We have had this company as our phone,tv,and internet providers for 1 month. We have had to call them 23 times in the past 1 month to get everything fixed. Nothing is fixed they keep saying there is nothing we can do for you sorry. So we tried to cancel our plans. Theyu say o no you can cancel and we won't charge you anything to cancel. Me ok I'll send the phones back I want to cancel. Them o no no no we can't accept them back they are yours now.
