She approached me asking what I needed and I told her that I was told to come up there to talk to a manager about working there. They guy then spoke to me and said he was going to put his food in the back and he'd be right back. The lady came back out and told me that he wouldn't be able to see me today in a rude nonchalant way. Asked for my name and email. She seemed as if she had an attitude with me. The person that came out to help me messed around with it for a few minutes, jammed the card even further inside the phone and then came back out and told me that my best bet was to take it to a computer store because this particular Verizon store has nobody who is certified to work on Verizon phones.

They are impossible to get on phone hold time is unbelievable with customer service. When I did talk to someone in customer service they said it may be several months before they even give my money back when it is there mistake I do not trust them at all.
