My wife and I came to this store on November 19 2017 to see about new phones and a sprint plan, the…read moremanager their told us we qualified for 5 lines which was sprints special they are running and we could get two iPhone 8plus's for $200.00 bucks. We told the staff we couldn't go above $150.00 a month on the bill so; they told us your fine your bill will be around 148.00. Well it's been 4 months and yet has it been under 170.00 I understand you get paid a commission plus your hourly wage but why lie just to get a sale? Also they told us that sprint has a buy one get one on us.. haha another lie, on our statements we pay 28.00 a month on both phones and some stupid low number so I wouldn't ask any questions lol.. that's not me I'm gonna ask and I did, they told it was insurance on the iPhone. Also they gave us to moto 3's for two other lines that aren't even being used. Come to find out those phones also were costing a small fortune even though the store told us they were free except we'd have to pay $5.00 a month for insurance because sprint requires it on new phones.. uhg.. ok so our first bill was $ 248.00 I was not happy so, went back to the store they told me " oh don't look at that," that's not going to be your bill wait till it gets closer then it will go down to where you need it. Well of course it didn't go down so I called sprint instead of going back to our store where obviously we were getting the run around. Customer service told me " NO" those phones are not free and your also paying a monthly fee on both iPhone 8's and at the end of the 18th month we will have to pay $ 326.00 at the end of the contract if we want to keep the iPhone that's supposed to be on them.. so if it's on Sprints bill why am I paying anything for it? I can understand paying for one but not both! Well we wanted to put my landlord on my plan because of the things he has done for us, so I took him down to the sprint store here in mountain home ID and his first question was " will my phone service work in Afghanistan," and again they said "YES" well it doesn't so now he has a $900.00 weight because sprint wanted to make another sale. Am I going to go down and talk to these people again just to be lied to again? Not a chance! So if you want a sprint contract and honest people id recommend you go to Boise and hopefully their will be honest people their. I will never tell anyone to go to this store as long as the folks that are their are still their! Moral of this experience with Mountain Home Sprint Store.. Don't do it unless you like to get a bunch of BS..

My parents wanted to know why their bill was so high and would it stay that way. The man was of little use. when my father said "Ok then we want to close our account what would that cost be" the employee said it would be 2500.00 no card, no check only cash... Funny that the online gentleman (mike) was amazing I was able to group call with my folks the actual buy out was 1800.00 and that all verizon stores take cash, check or card. Anyway Don't let your elderly family or friends go into that store alone!

Super unfortunate experience at this store. I'm not typically one to leave a negative review,…read morehowever, the whole experience and customer service was awful. I went in to the store to upgrade my phone. Didn't want anything fancy- just needed a working phone. I was told if I upgraded our plan and traded in my current phone, I'd be eligible for $800+ credit towards a new phone. Did the plan upgrade which went fine. Then came the trade in where my phone data and info was instantly transferred to the new phone and my old phone deleted. Once that was already done- the associate told me "oh no, the promo is already over". So basically told me that they couldn't give me the $800 credit. I was very upset, as that was not what I agreed to. The associate called their manager and I was told they would look into it. The next day I got a voicemail from the associate stating that said they were "shit out of luck" getting me the promo. Angry, I called back and asked for an explanation with no further info. I called the manager multiple times to get more information with no answer and no call-back. I ended up reaching out to Verizon corporate who kindly took care of things for me. But absolutely no attempt by this store was made to make this right. Super disappointed, and won't be returning. I would recommend driving to Boise to a proper Verizon store over this third party place.

Visiting this location was fantastic…read more Everything was explained well and everyone who works here is wonderful and went well above and beyond to help us. Andy helped us and was just great. Very knowledgeable and professional. Their store manager also came over to greet us and just added to our wonderful experience. Even the water was great. The iPads that they had on display have games on them and that helped keep my son entertained. The store was clean and is kept at a great temperature. The experience all around was great and I am very pleased. Thank you guys so much for helping my family.
