We had a coupon for an ultimate 360 wash so we came on through. It was a sunny day so it was busy, but the lines moved at a decent pace. Service was good. The coupon was accepted with ease. For the price, the car wash is decent. They have workers that direct for the vehicle to be in the right position to go through the line. Going through the car wash always makes me feel good. The receipt they give you has the opportunity to answer a survey to get a $5 off any single wash. read more

Stopped in about an hour ago since it was less busy. Bekah was the sweetest! We had a freebie coupon so it wouldn't scan and she was just so sweet and apologetic which she didn't need to be but she's so nice! Thank you Bekah! Apparently the bar code wasn't scanning on her pad...it happens. And also she let us know that it was the newest 360° wash so my car Lola is looking quite sharp!!!! Thank you!!! read more

My daughter's windshield was cracked going through the carwash. Two other cars were damaged within the same 5 minutes. They did not pay for her windshield because the car is "too old". It is a Cadillac - very nice even though it is not a new car. We will never go to that Crew carwash or any other Crew carwash. Would give zero stars if it was an option. read more

Great place for a quick exterior wash xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So today I've decided to end my membership due to this location! I had a membership for years and the way I was treated was unacceptable! I was accused of pass abuse and the police was called! I will be taking my hard earned coins to Prime Carwash a block down from them on County Line road for less than the amount And more done for my buck!! Prime clean the inside and outside of my car! Goodbye Crew!! read more

The WORST Crew in the city by far! Tons of employees around yet there are always huge long lines, gates not working, people mistakenly in the unlimited lane. Southside needs more locations please. The Unlimited lane is always backed up into the road at this location read more

This place used to have a good rep, but it's really not kept up with the times. The teen employees are careless and rude and there no grown ups present. I'll gladly go anywhere else (Prime?) rather than deal with these knuckleheads again. read more

I have always had great service at Crew. I had noticed the back of my car was not getting washed, and mentioned it while paying. They offered to spray the back of my car off. A great car wash! read more

Ben was super awesome. Even took the time to wipe a spot off my car himself. Thanks ben!!!

Did not like the fact I had to pay extra for vacuum. But the $20 car wash was good. Plus $3 to vacuum. Well run place.

I love this car wash!!!!!!!!! Every time I go to Indy I always stop by a Mikes or Crew car wash (both the same) and run my truck through. When I lived in Indy this was my go to car wash. When you pull up there is someone who explains what all they offer. You choose your wash and any extras if you want, pay and drive up to the wash entrance. There, someone will guide you onto the roller/track and yell "neutral please"!! (Your windows are up, that's why the yell.....lol) You then sit back and enjoy the wash!! At the end you coast out clean and dry. If you want you can stop.at the vacuum area and preform extra detail or just leave. I've never had any damage from all the years I've gone through this car wash. I'm sure you will like it too!! Also, every time I've gone the employees are always knowledgeable and polite. read more

I took my Jeep to another car wash who refused to wash it because it was "too muddy". There was road spray on it from some county roads, but to call it muddy is a bit of an exaggeration. Anyways, I went to Crew who let me through with no problem, and even took the time to pressure wash the wheel wells as I went through. The attached picture is the "muddy" Jeep as I was waiting in line. read more

I get really irritated at the constant upsale attempts. I'm already here spending my money. I don't want the garbage flyer about the monthly wash every single time I come here it goes straight in the trash. Ready here. I'm already giving you my money. Just keep your flyers Crew.... read more

I can't even recall the last time I got an acceptable wash here only going through one time. I'm sure it was long before they changed the name to Crew. I don't know if a change in quality came with the name change but it is bad now. When I am paying $20 I expect my car to be spotless on the other end of the wash. However my car is always still covered in bugs. I always ask for extra spray on the nose of the car and still end up going through a second time. I'm very glad they let you do that for free when you point out their sloppy wash. Today however!!!! OMG! It was busy. I never go when it is busy but I had an hour to kill before a movie on this side of town. I asked for extra spray on the nose first and paid for an ultimate wash. They were sending in the cars so close together that they didn't even spray my nose at all. Then as soon as I got in the brushes the whole car wash shit down. After a couple minutes it started back up and we went all the way through. They certainly had the speed cranked up. It was way too fast. I usually only get choose 2 but the ultimate went faster. After exiting the wash job was the worst I've ever received. There were drag marks from the brushes in the dirt on my car. Most of the dirt was still on the car plus bugs on the nose and the windshield. The rear bumper was atrocious! I have attached a photo of the rear bumper "after" shot. $20 worth of washing and I have road dirt with drag marks in it!! read more

Dumpster fire corporation who hates you and will do anything to make your life difficult. I recently ran my truck through crew carwash to get the salt residue off after another typical midwest winter. After the first wash there was still significant dirt and salt in the wheel wells and tailgate. I pulled around to run'er through again and after the "re-wash" i pulled into one of the vacuum stations to inspect my car like i always do. I immediately noticed the plastic trim piece from the top of my tailgate was all but non-existant. In its place were 4 appx. 1.5"x1" holes where the trim was previously affixed. I quickly notified the car wash attendant who promptly stopped the wash and ran in to retrieve the 5 freaking foot piece of plastic that was still in there! 3 of the 4 mount tabs were still on the plastic trim while one sheered clean through the mount tab on the trim and remains at large somewhere in that carwash. bla bla blah paperwork something something 5 days later i call to inquire about the status of my claim in which i am informed that there is no report on file. I spend over an hour calling around, getting transferred, put on hold, and flat out hung up on. I finally get in contact with the right person who calls the location of the incident and finds my claim. More time goes by, and this morning i get a call at work and they tell me that they are not assuming any liability for the incident and basically good luck figuring it out on my own. At this point im fuming, i call the supervisor who was just as bad if not worse than the first guy. They claim that they dont cover aftermarket parts. i tell them that the bedliner/bed trim was a factory option that came with the truck (yes it rolled off the line like that)... the guy was like "oohh derp waaalp im soury yuhs ffeels this way" and im like buddy this isnt a matter of how i feel, its a matter of fact. A simple google search can tell you exactly what packages come with what trim/ accessories.... like the dude didnt even take 30 sec to verify what he was trying to claim. smh He then proceeds to claim that there was prior damage, which again is simply not true. i remind him that all of the mount tabs were still in the piece of trim minus the bolt still at large in the carwash, indicating that it was in fact properly affixed with no prior damage. The conversation goes in circles for about half an hour. Moral of the story: Crew carwash sucks. They treat you like human garbage, they laugh in the face of right and wrong. When given the opportunity to screw you over they will! Just another spineless corporation that only cares about the bottom dollar, and will lie, cheat, make stuff up, and just plain ignore you if at all possible. *paid $15 for a car wash, total bill $377 read more

Used to be Mike's Carwash, and I have the monthly pass for unlimited washes for about $30 month, makes it nice, don't even have to talk to them, they just scan my window sticker and I drive on in, a lot less expensive than paying for each visit if you go often. Thier car wash uses hot water which really takes the dirt off my truck. They have one of the best drive through car washes I have used. Its pricey per visit, but works great! read more

I would give them four stars however it's really frustrating having the crew membership and paying a monthly fee that allows you to have your own lane and people get in the lane and waste my time by sitting there choosing and paying while I could have already went through. They should have a sign that says members only lane and force the people who don't have it to go to the other lane. The other complaints is I don't feel the dryers work as well as they should. read more

I had my vehicle washed at this southport location. The wash had damaged the trim of my vehicle. The report was sent in and they denied any responsibility. I'm going to go to small claims. I will never spend my money here again. I have always gotten my vehicle washed here and always spent money. Before this happens to you, I highly suggest looking at Crews Facebook page. You can see hundreds of similar complaints as mine. I purchased my own car with my hard earned money, they damage it, and don't fix it. read more

Always so slow. I love Crew/Mikes Car washes. This one is by far my LEAST favorite. Also, it never dries my Jeep as well either and leaves a mist on my windshield. Girl at the front (before you enter the carwash), younger and probably about 5'3", is extremely rude! I would pay 30$/h for her to just chill and be respectful to customers. Went there today and it was packed. I felt like they herded us thru there like cattle. There was no mirror at the entrance for me to check how I rolled in so I believed the dumb teenager. I put it in neutral and as the rollers stated I hit the lady ahead of me. My newly leased car is scraped as is her back bumper. Justin the asst. mgr had us fill out paperwork. I let him know that my car wasn't even clean and I wanted free washes and he said "that will have to go thru corporate". So we now wait for corporate to review the cameras. They wanted MY insurance info which I did not give. I'm hoping this turns out well or they will c me in small claims court. read more

I usually only take my truck to Crew Carwash if I don't have time to do it myself, which is maybe once every couple months. After the wash, I jumped out to dry my truck off and noticed I had 2 deep scratches on my driver side and a series of long clear coat rubs that ran the length of my truck on both sides. I was just at a gas station across the street and did't see any of these marks. I filed my incident claim with them to only have a "customer service rep" call and just explain how their car wash works. I am OCD about my vehicle so I am very unhappy on how this ended. I will devote daily time to bad mouth this company any way possible. Even looking into small claims court. I only give them a 1 star because that is the lowest option. read more
