Crew Carwash on the whole does a pretty good job. Some locations are better than others. This one is not bad. They do not always get all the dirt off of my truck tailgate or the bugs off the windshield but I am a monthly subscriber so I just drive back through a second time. This one is always busy as they are right at a busy intersection so getting out of the lot is tricky sometimes. The value is good as I said because I pay monthly and every time I am in Indy I drive through the wash. Crew does a pretty good job of keeping their equipment up to date so I have never had any damage to my vehicles driving through. read more

Extremely expensive and annoying to constantly be rinded about the subscription plan which is still stuck at one car, no family wash subscription, no way to add an additional car, very dumb to push only one dull pricy option every time I just want to get my car clean. I am not coming here for a conversation, yet that's what always gets thrown around. I do enjoy the positive chirpy staff and well run facility. I am sure it's a great place to work at also however for constantly promoting a subscription service there must be more in tune options that can line up with consumer needs. The Circle K gas station currently offers less hassle, lower price, and conversation free washes! read more

This has been my go-to carwash and vacuuming location for years and they have always been fantastic. However, on Friday I was blown away by the level of customer service I received. I accidentally locked my keys in my car while vacuuming it, and Alex went above and beyond to help me retrieve my keys from my car. Appreciate the help & kind service so much! You have a forever customer in me :) read more

Very appreciative of the quality of service the manager Joe offered to for my SUV. He noticed a few spots with sap on my car and personally helped remove the spots from my car! No one at Crew has offered that before so very grateful of Joe's time. read more

Obviously, driving our fossil fuel-powered machines is demonstrably NOT good for planet Earth. But did you know that dragging your vehicle through a commercial car wash is actually the most eco-friendly option for cleaning? This is because a biz like Crew is required to follow laws/policies for proper disposal/treatment of the "grey" water. Whereas at your house, you would probably wash on pavement and all the soaps and debris and salt would wash down your storm drain along with some fertilizer from your lawn. Not great! PLUS since a commercial car wash is trying to be as profitable as possible, you can guarantee they've got their water usage down to a science - likely using far less per vehicle than your non-expert hands would with your bucket & hose at home. This location also has the fun "bug soak" spray on your hood at the start of the wash during the warmer months. A highly anticipated addition that marks the return of summer. 4 stars instead of 5 because on more than one occasion I've gotten a vacuum with less-than-stellar suction. It sucks to be SOL on vacuuming an entire side of your car when that happens. read more

I'm part of the unlimited monthly car wash club. Went with the Ultimate due to it being on sale. I think it's 29.99 a month. I try to go twice a week...white car problems... Super easy to get in and out of. The sensor to read my monthly barcode on my window sometimes has issues but you have to pull up closer than you think then it works. Car always looks pretty good after. Only complaint is that the tire shine flings off my tires and gets on the paint behind my tire. So I make sure that Crew is my last stop before I go home so I can park it and allow the shine to dry. Not sure if I'll continue doing it after the summer but it's a fairly decent value, would recommend for people who drive clients around, etc. read more

For the second time in 6 weeks, my rear wiper was ripped off. I pulled around to the office to file another report and once I went inside, a guy named Michael opened the side door, pointed at me and barked "get out - you're not supposed to be here! Go back to your car!" At that point I was already frustrated and I let him have it for speaking to me in that way. As it happens, Michael was the same employee who told me to "come back on a rainy day" when I let him know my barcode on my windshield wasn't working for the unlimited line. Once I walked out of the office, a young man named Sam, only slightly more professional, told me he was the manager and that he would address Michael's behavior (he isn't the store manager - I later found out her name is Tiffany Madden, so that was a lie). He went inside the carwash and looked for the wiper blade and came back saying that he found it, that it was all there. It wasn't all there - the outer bracket was missing and I had to push back and insist he give me an incident report. I let him know there were no attendants at the entrance to give me a wiper bag and he said they aren't required to do that anymore. Then, as he walked back to me from the office by the gate arms, I saw him laughing and two others inside the gate office. Why weren't they outside doing their jobs? When I called him out on it he said he was laughing about something else. I told him that at his age, this probably does seem funny but when you are an adult with a real job and kids, you don't have a lot of extra time to mess with things like this. I'll never go back. read more

Today I stopped at crew car wash because I had something sticky on my windshield I wasn't sure what it was and it didn't come off on my last wash. I asked the guy at the attendance station if there was anything that they could apply to the windshield to get the sticky goo and dead bugs off. He stated that they could scrub it! And if it didn't come clean they could even scrape it to make sure that it came off. I felt like it was such a trivial situation but they didn't make me feel stupid about asking to clean the windshield. I really appreciate having a place in the neighborhood that I can go where people actually enjoy doing their job. They were delightful and happy to help me. They didn't make me feel silly at all about wanting my windshield clean. read more

They have now added a second lane for the "special people". Does your car really need washed that often that you pay a fee to join the unlimited wash club? Can't bee good on the paint or the environment. Kids that work there are typically friendly. I hate that they have to peddle the car wash books car after car. Working there would get old very quick. read more

I've been visiting this location for a few years now and can't believe I've yet to write a review. I signed up for the unlimited package at this location so I try to visit once a week. The staff is always friendly with smiles, waves, and thank yous. They are helpful in guiding me in the wash as well. Supplies such as litter bags and wipe cloths are usually stocked and available before you pass the gates. The unlimited lane is very convenient. This is my preferred location over the one closest to my home. read more

Awful experience!!! We've used crew for years but on our last visit either the washers or brushes put 6 distinctive dents into the left side of our vehicle. We are still waiting for a response. This was over 6 weeks ago (March 7th)!!! During the visit, cars were packed bumper to bumper in the car wash. I shouldn't be surprised that this entire ordeal has been poorly executed in terms of customer expectation and professional follow up. As soon as the car wash started we heard approximately 6 loud bangs. It sounded like the windows might break. After taking a few photos with his phone Alan (manager) said they'd call us in 5-7 business days. Alan also said "We will cover the damage if we determine it wasn't our fault"... He also added "I'm just the middle man. I don't make the final decision". WHAT?! They never called or attempted to repair the damage they caused. We've heard bad reviews in the past but never experienced this. This was my hesitation in signing up for the monthly program. The people are pleasant and it's surely not Alan's fault. He's just an employee with the task of jamming as many cars in and pushing the monthly membership with every customers. I get it! He personally can't do much. It's the front office's responsibility to follow up and make it right. A friend of mine stopped using them because they felt it was unsafe based on the number of cars they pack in there. Hopefully they'll do right by us but I'm not optimistic after 6 weeks. I typically don't write reviews but I'm hoping to inform and prevent anyone else from having this experience. This is going to cost us at minimum a deductible and might increase our insurance rate if we have to make a claim. This is just a BIG hassle. I would just beware if you're concerned with potential damage and Crew following through. I rely on word-of-mouth referralsg. I'll continue to share my thoughts with friends and family. DO NOT USE CREW!!! ‍ read more

Went by this location and I was very appreciative of the service I received. There was an employee named Abbie. She was very mindful to make sure the bugs were sprayed off the front of my car. I also have upgraded OEM rims on my car. She was mindful to make sure I pulled in carefully to make sure I was comfortable. If all of your employees are like Abbie, you will have great success. This place was great for a first time car washer. I have never had to go to a car wash before and I must admit I was a bit nervous. I pulled up and someone came up to my window (both of us wearing masks) and asked which car wash I would like. I just chose the basic $10 one. I paid there and pulled forward. There was another worker there to help me drive my car onto the track and let me know to keep my car in neutral and not use my breaks. From there my car just went through the car wash and got all clean! It was very easy and the workers were very helpful. This is very economical, and they even have an unlimited club that seems economical if you are someone who does this all the time (I am not). I will definitely be back next time I need to wash my car- thanks for being patient with a newcomer!! read more

Its finally Spring, and as soon as the sun popped out, everyone was lined up to clean up their car. I desperately needed to show my vehicle some love, so I jumped in line at Crew. The process can be confusing, their job is to upsell. I went for it and got the medium wash with tire clean and a wax coat on my car. There are three lanes, with a membership line on the right for those who get unlimited washes. Apparently that means you can also jump the line. The sign said Left to Right, so I was supposed to follow the guy who'd just entered the line on my left, when the car to my right jumped in. Naturally, I went next, but apparently the guy to my left wasn't having it. He honked at me and even called out for staff (who chose to stand there and ignore the situation). Had I been in the wrong?! I'm not sure, but it was a sunny day and I wasn't going to let him spoil my happiness! The mini and I enjoyed the slosh of the brushes and mops on the car while dancing in our seats while turning up the music. She, of course, had to Snapchat the moment to share with her friends. When our wash finished, we went to vacuum out the car, and the disgruntled man who honked at me drove by yelling. I couldn't hear over the vacuums, so I smiled and waved as he mouthed something about kick my ass, blah blah, I'm assuming if my daughter weren't with me?! Real nice guy, and on a Sunday no less! I know the Crew are supposed to move people through the lines quickly, but they need to provide a little more direction so people don't get crazy. We both, as patrons, thought we were in the right, but if you leave a place and don't feel safe, something seriously needs to change! While my car looked nice and the vacuums were well worth the money, I can't rate highly for car wash rage. read more

I've been here twice and both times were a good experience. Very friendly staff and almost no wait. The wash works like a charm and removes pretty much everything off the car, even tons of bugs on the windshield/front bumper after long drives. You can also rewash for free if you're not satisfied (has to be the same visit). In addition, they have the early bird program when you get the top notch wash for the price of basic one in the mornings. Last but not least, there is unlimited monthly membership for a reasonable price and you can come as many times as you want. read more

Crew Carwash is super convenient. I always go for the $20 Ultimate Carwash however they have other options: chose 2 for $15 and you can pick from clear coat, tire shine, wheel bright, or underbody wash. Or you can do a normal Carwash with nothing fancy for $10. I feel like Crew Carwash is better than the washes at gas stations and it's a fun visual experience with all of the lights. Hah. I've been contemplating whether or not to do the unlimited washes and you get the second month free! With April showers around the corner that'd be a really good deal since I like to take care of my car and keep it clean. I haven't tried the vacuum stations yet but will once the weather gets nicer. Overall I'm always happy with how my car comes out from the wash here! read more

Campfires to the other crew car washes, This place does a horrible job. My car was streaked with dirty.

I am a member of the unlimited wash club and I love this location due to them having a separate line for unlimited members, so it makes your visit that much quicker, especially on a busy day. Due to this you don't get any interaction with the staff, but all of my visits here have been very pleasant! This location did not have the mirror up above that helps you line up with the tracks. Turning in can be a breeze, but exiting to get back onto Keystone Ave is a bit more difficult. If you are going north (turning right) then its fine. Heading south (turning left) is more difficult. There may be a median in the way. I always cut through the Speedway gas station to get to the light to go south or straight down 62nd. read more

This location can get very busy, sometimes it's not convenient to get here if you're headed south on Keystone. There will be cars lined up to Keystone causing the far right lane heading North to be stopped. I've always had a great interaction with the Crew team, they're always smiling and have great attitudes. I do like that they have a satisfaction guarantee, so you can reenter the wash a second time if you find your car not clean to your standards. I have to admit that I've taken advantage of this before, solely because my car was THAT dirty. I also have a few nooks that doesn't get cleaned by the wash due to the way my car is shaped. I really only come here when I have prepaid book coupons handy because the wash is so quick that you're never going to get a perfect wash. I prefer to wash my car by hand but this works well in the winter when you're trying to get all the snow/salt/ice off your car. read more

I was at the location off 62nd and keystone. Bought a wash from the speedway next to the Carwash. I got in line, truck has needed a wash for some time now and I was really excited to get this off my list. I pulled up and the attendant turned me away because I had "too much rust". Then they told me to go back to speedway and get refunded there. I told the speedway attendant and she said thanks for the heads up cause she has some rust and doesn't want to be turned away as well. Really frustrated that I had to go back to speedway to get refunded and also really frustrated I couldn't get my truck washed. It's rusty but I've gone through your washes before. Very disappointing morning for me to say the least. After I sent this to corporate as a frustration, they just gave me a blanket apology and sent me on my way. I will be going to prime car wash from now on. read more

I could not make it through the Winter without Crew. Nobody likes to be outside while washing their car. I don't even mind waiting in a long line to get through the wash. Just go next door and get you some chick-fil-a. Eat it in the car while you wait. Multi-tasking successsssssssss. The speedy service is greatly appreciated. The young folks that work there, standing outside in the cold all day deserve to earn the $9 I pay for a standard wash. One complaint is that I don't think cars spend enough time in the dryer section. My car is never that dry. If it weren't cold outside I would get out and wipe it down with a towel. Leads to some nice streaking down the panels. read more

For the first time in my adult life I am attempting to take better care of my car. This includes getting a car wash on a regular basis! I went for a few months, about 2 to 3 times a month, paying as I went. However, they then had a special (which they tend to do) for a monthly pass for unlimited car washes. It took a few weeks of convincing myself I wanted to get that far into adulthood lol but I ultimately decided to purchase the monthly unlimited wash plan. And I love it! Besides saving a bit of money, it's very convenient to not have to worry about having the money available every time I want to get a car wash. Being able to pull up and skip the line is nice too! Although, be aware, sometimes the unlimited line is longer than the others! Every time I've been there and that's happened, a crew member waves cars through and processes them through a regular line to keep things moving though. Speaking of the crew--they're great! Always very nice and helpful! I most definitely will be continuing to use this car wash and think you should give it a try! Little tip--it's much easier to exit out the back! read more

I cannot even give them two stars .....bad bad service. My husband took my Jeep in and when he got home I notice this huge SCRATCH. The manager blamed the scratch on us, let me tell you something my Jeep is not a year old, it has less then 5000 miles, I take very good care of ALL my cars. The manager is not a nice person he is a pretty shitty guy to even talk too. So if you want to keep your clean and scratch free don't take it here. It's literally carwash. There's nothing spectacular. It's seriously a carwash. It's a fair priced place. They have water that hits your car with soap. It's still a carwash. I'm not going to visit Crew anymore for car washes; it's too stressful. It's a shame too because the employees are nice and the new vacuums with the detailing tool are awesome, but it's that "Unlimited Club" line that is the problem. The rotation is posted in each line: from left to right. Every time though, the drivers in that far line seem to think they are entitled to go one right after another because they pay for unlimited washes, and it's, ah, so rude! Every time, I'm finally skipped enough that I'm forced to get aggressive and nose my way into the line, but they still try to block me. Being put into that position is demoralizing. For example, today, somebody who was directly behind not one, but two other cars cutting line from the right-most lane, had the nerve to honk at me and then flip me off for just trying to finally get my carwash--the bird! Again, they were directly behind a car from their lane. (P.S. The person in the middle lane was a little old lady who will probably die there waiting for her carwash.) I blame the people for their poor behavior and/or lack of awareness, but most of the onus is on Crew here. Perhaps they are not communicating that customers don't get priority entering the line with their Club membership, and if this is a problem, they should have an actual person there to direct traffic instead of signs that are being ignored. It's just a headache nobody needs right now. read more

This Crew Carwash is easy to find off of Keystone. Just look for several tall American flags flapping in the breeze! I specifically go to Crew because they have stuffed animals all along the carwash route. This is probably the stupidest-sounding reason to visit a carwash, but if you have kids, you might understand. My children actually enjoy going through the carwash (as opposed to being scared of it) because they get to see Elmo and Cookie Monster and Curious George greeting them throughout the visit. No screaming in terror in an enclosed space = a successful carwash visit for everyone. read more

It seems Crew Carwash thinks cash isn't legal tender and is forcing customers to bank! They do not say they are cashless Business until you bring cash to use their wash bays! But will accept cash to use their automated wash though...? Their reason for not taking cash from the wash bays is because of theft.? What does theft have to do with a paying customer? If you accept cash for the automated wash, why not for the hand wash? So because of theft the paying customer gets the shaft, and is the one made to change his or her ways and forced into banking, which in turn makes me give up my ability to stay a private citizen. And force me to give up my personal information to a CARWASH.... "Wow" "Tell me CrewCarwash" how does this improve your relationship between the customer? Mediocre at best...the entire vehicle never gets totally washed and streaks of soap have always been left behind after the final rinse and air-dry. The exit immediately departing the wash is void of a means to drain excess fluid and just as soon as you finish the wash you're picking up tire splatter from their flooded driveway all the way out to the main road. I've had multiple washes with this place, have been measured on more than one occasion, and haven't been turned away due to having tires that are too wide. Today, however, must have been somebody's opportunity to flex muscle on every pickup truck operator that rolled through; as we were all measured and asked to exit without service. When questioned about what the allowed width is I was initially told 71" from the outside passenger tire to the inside of the driver tire. Upon calling an 800# (given to me my the general manager) to get reimbursed for the monthly plan that I've been using I was told the max allowed was 72". I questioned why all of the associates with this company aren't knowledgeable of the vehicle limitations I was told that it's basically up to the managers to decide whether or not they feel that safety is at stake. Such is life...I'll continue mission with another comapny that is up to allowing full size trucks through their wash read more

My Grandpa taught me some solid lessons in life. One of those lessons was to keep your car clean; ladies appreciate a man with nice-looking wheels. My grand-pappy's words have resonated with me all these years. Now, I've usually just gotten the job done at gas-stations and such, but I recently started going to Mike's (on Keystone in Glendale) and I'm really glad I did. You have options at Mikes: you can self-clean your car with the spray-wand in the over-head stall, pull-up vacuums, and air-freshener/Armor-Alll wipe dispensers. Or, you can pull around the back and go through the quick, automatic drive-through. The service at Mike's is always fast, friendly, and professional, which I appreciate a lot. The wash is on the pricey side, however; $17 for 'The Works,' but I have to say that I notice my car comes our looking fantastic and more importantly, stays looking fantastic... The wheels look good, the body glistens, and windows are clear; it's the closest you'll get to 'hand-wash' quality at a drive-through. I'm impressed with this Mike's. Get your buggy shined-up here. Papa would be so proud... read more

Dear Mike's Express Car Wash, If I opt to use one of your bays to wash my car after I vacuumed it out, how am I supposed to get off the property when you have two lines of cars wrapped around the property waiting to go through the car wash? Seriously, am I supposed to pick up my car over my head and walk between the cars? Folks, the only way you are getting off the property if you choose this method is to either hope that one of the bays are empty so you can drive through that bay and then squeeze through the cars that are vacuuming their cars out. Because there really isn't another way...unless you want to wait, and wait, and wait. Whoever designed it this way isn't very bright. read more

This is your normal, overpriced car wash (they always are). I come to this one usually because it's close to my apartment. It's quick, easy, and it usually gets the job done. I like that if you aren't fully satisfied, you can go back around and they will let you go through the wash again. The layout of the business is pretty good. It allows drivers to pass thru fairly easy but the automatic washing area does get reallllllly backed up so be sure to prepare for that, especially after it starts to warm up and people are spring cleaning their vehicles. Again, it is overpriced for as quick as it is, but most of the cars that go thru the auto wash are completely clean and sparkly, so I make an assumption that a lot of people use their monthly unlimited washes. I like to use the self services stations because they're much cheaper and they're usually not busy. They are much more work, but that's the price you save! read more

I don't like the way this Crew Carwash cleans my truck at all. My windows and the truck still looks dirty and my tires are never shinning. The best one yet is the one on 38 Illinois. Do not use this car wash. Horrible!!!! They ruined the finish on my car. I had it washed and a clear coat late in the afternoon. I got home and realized that they had not gotten some sap off and instead there was now a gooey finish on my car. I went back in the next morning and they would do absolutely nothing about it. They said I had to bring it in the same day. I asked where that had been posted? They said when I went through the sprayer it was posted. But couldn't see it plus I was expecting them to do a good job. They would not even discount another car wash. Do not use this car. Later....I also submitted a complaint to Crew Carwash Customer Service and got a quick response. They told me to go back in and give them my name and I would get a free Ultimate car wash. I did that and there was a different Asst. Manager on duty who was very kind and I got another car wash. This time, they took double the amount of time, and used a brush, and all of the goo came off. I did not get the clear coat again. What a contrast in service! read more
