Went to the store on Cornhusker Hwy in Lincoln, NE with coupons for 20% off a single item and a…read morefree item. First, the line at the checkout was 5 people long and no backup was called. Second, they were out of the free items and we were basically told too bad. Common sense would dictate that the store would stock enough items to get through their sale, but my hubby tells me that HF ALWAYS runs out of the free items during its sales. Third, I had 2 coupons in my hand and laid them on the counter but the cashier didn't give us the 20% discount on our items. Bad customer service. Wonder why brick and mortar stores are going out of business!!!! I'll continue to shop online where I don't have to deal with long lines and bad attitudes from store employees.
