Very rude and arrogant Manager who is the short older man at the front desk. Expresses an uncaring attitude about you having to wait past your appointment time and will argue with you and tell you that you just have to wait when they get behind. He will have the Techs up the price if you do any designs. My tech was awesome but other techs do not speak much to the customers and this can feel awkward. They get short staffed because of multiple spouses working there and taking off at the same time which is what created my issue of having to wait. I found this out after the Tech started working on me. They need more staff to fill in the gaps when multi staff is out and they need to be more friendly with customers and keep them informed of delays. It cost me $135-140 every two weeks for mani-pedi with designs on nails. Pricey! Manager needs to come up with ways to keep the flow going when short staffed such as doing soak offs in between or starting pedicure soak in between customers. Manager is so indifferent about customers waiting and will totally ignore you if he is doing a set of nails and will not look at you again for an update. Owner only said hi to me after entering, never told me my tech was behind in the back after I entered his establishment, then got upset when I asked how long it was going to be for my appointment. They should not make appointments if they are not going to honor them. I had been going here for two years, I will never go back to this salon and only due to the arrogant, rudeness and uncaring manner of the Manager. read more

I never usually post reviews but do not waste your money worst mail experience I've ever had they messed my nails up so bad they were crooked ugly put acrylic on that didn't match my existing acrylic and when I mentioned it to them they acted like it was my fault that I didn't say i wanted it to match - when you get a fill it's suppose to always match why would u want half your toe nude and the bottom half clear it was messy and ugly and ended up paying more tryong to cover up what they did my cuticles weren't cut honestly felt like anything that could have been done wrong was - I mean even down to simply covering the horrible unmatching acrylic with a colored plain white polish my toes weren't even painted all the way I just wanted to get out as fast as possible read more

Aside from the mixed reviews i decided to try this place out since i was in crestview. Linda slayyed my nails! Not many techs i know can do ombre, im a nail tech myself and im completely impressed! Will be back read more

I won't go back here. Was the first time I got the shellac on my toes because regular polish stays for several weeks but chips so I figure the shellac would last longer and look nicer... Not after having it done here. Only lasted about a week before it peeled off every toe. They clearly don't know what they are doing. I only went there because it was open on Sunday but ended up being a waste of time and money. read more

The first time in this location was decent even with the wait time. Staff has a nonchalant demeanor; meaning if you use their business cool if not who cares. It shows in their work. Visited today for a pedi with acrylic fill in on my big toes... needless to say he removed one of the nails (which didn't need to be removed) and cut the other down so far that only an overlay with a tip was possible. It's like he just did what he wanted to do despite what I asked for. When asked if I liked it I expressed my feelings telling him no that I did not. It looked like two blobs of acrylic on my big toes. He seriously got an attitude and walked off then a female came and corrected his work. She did do a good job! The Bum's Rush... Just not adequate. Spa Pedicure was by the numbers. Little or no massage. Forced to pick polish from palates day wasn't the right color... Not supposed to come out after pedicure feeling tense and angry!!! Ugh!!!! read more

Took the afternoon to get a pedicure and a fill in for my fingernails this afternoon. The young woman who did my pedicure did a fantastic job & I am very happy with my toes!!! However, my fingernails are another matter altogether!! My fingers are cut from the rotary file and the fill-in is probably the worst I've ever had since getting manicures!! Will go back to getting my mani/pedi's done in Pensacola. I never have a problem at Belligio's. AND!! If I'm going to drop $100, I'd like to be treated better than I was today. read more

I haven't done my eyebrows in months so In this place so I can get a clean wax. I tell her " Do Not do them thin. I just want to clean it. It takes a long time to grow them" when she finishes and hands me the mirror, I freaked. My eye brows are thinner then ever! Never again will they touch my eye brows! I am SO mad.. it's gonna take forever to make my eyebrows grow again! Ugh.. can't believe it! This is how I'm going to look for the holidays now. Browless. Great! So me and my grandma got are new done that this place and as soon as we walked in to front desk guy was being so rude. So we forgot about that and went to get are pedicure that the girl that did my grandma was amazing and the boy who did my nail was amazing. So my grandma said she want two colors on her toes (which was pink and white French tips) and they did not do that they did what they wanted.then this old men proceeds to say you don't say that in a very rude way to my grandma. He told her that it will be $55 to repaint her nails for something he did wrong. She says ok what ever. He is being very aggressive using her nails . She proceeds to tell him to please been more gentle he does not listen. So he finished her toe nail and says "ok you are done go to the table over then" in a rude way so I give him a little look and then he tells her in a nicer way. So they start to do her nails and and comes up to me and asks me " can you ask her what she wants " so I ask her and I say the same thing as her toes. Then he come up to me again and tells me to tell her to relax. Again being aggressive to her nails. So we are done with are nail and he tells use it is $180 so we pay it. As soon as the cars get approved he tells use "ok bye now ". But the young guy that did my nails thank you so much I'm in love with my nails. I got my eyebrows recently waxed there and they did a terrible job . I told her to make them thinner as well as be careful with the tweezers since I'm sensitive. I might as well have just not gone cause my eyebrows look the exact same and she didn't listen to anything I said . A persons eyebrows frame the face and due to sensitivity I will have to wait at a week before getting them done again . I'm so sad read more

Young girl at reception desk has loud unprofessional convos and complains constantly. Staff is in no hurry and misquotes wait time that is usually 2-3 times what they say. If you go here expect to wait an hour or two before getting into a chair unless you make an appt. read more

Worst mani/pedi EVER! Nail tech was sloppy and appeared to be unskilled. Also maintained a "don't care" attitude. He actually SLICED my finger and it took well over a week for the gorge to heal. I don't see how he could have gone much less graduated from a certified school. BE WARE! read more
