They follow ALL my instructions & notes, and my dog comes home exhausted and happy - which is what I hope/pay for. My dog (F) can be fussy about meeting new dogs, and I have shared all my dog's likes-and-dislikes with them. They have made perfect choices regarding what dog they introduce to my dog, and I have been SHOCKED when they tell me who she played with. They work ridiculously hard and always keep me posted if they need more food, or if they have noticed an issue. Sometimes my dog is there for 3 weeks - and never feels abandoned.

The layout was open and clean, no smell anymore, there was a variety of products for all kinds of animals, and a nice fish department.
