Essentially, the roof needed remodeled. Storm Bros team worked as a well oiled and ordered machine. They kept their promises. They were clean and efficient. They were professional. The roof no longer leaks and the water now runs off the roof well. I hope to attach pictures when I can take an opportunity to get on the roof. Remove exiting gutters at breezeway, remove existing roof at breezeway, install new 2x10 ridge beam at center location, frame new 2x8 rafters with valleys, add new 12" overhang and fascia at breezeway, install 1/2" OSB roof sheathing, chimney flashing install, installing shingles, detaching gutters, cutting back existing gutters and miter together, rehang and adjust gutters, soffit replacement, 6" fascia cap installation, installing new roof.

That…read morewas the biggest mistake I ever made, as I had no clue they were in the business of ripping off veterans and single women with a four-year-old. Little did I know that I would be ripped off and lied to. They broke four items in my home and never replaced those items. They took the costly flooring that I asked not to be removed but to dry it out and put it back as it was waterproof and there was no sewage contanmination, yet it all disappeared. The technicians took out my brand-new waterproof flooring after I asked them not to. They cut an electrical chord in my closet that wasn't supposed to be cut and now even if i wanted to hook up a phone again I cant as the plug was never replaced. My blinds were broke as well. When I tried to get all the issues fixed, they just argued with me and refused to take the blame for what their company did. All problems were never resolved. For all the damages, I only got refunded 140.46 They got their payment from my insurance company, and I never heard back. All the issues still exist to this day. This place should not be allowed to operate if a customer has kids as they send out belligerent young kids to do their work who think swearing, dropping the "f" bomb on the regular and complaining about their boss and the company is just another day at the office.
