Had them change out the tailgate in my truck after a minor incident with a trailer hitch. They had the vehicle while I was on vacation and called me three days before my return to tell me vehicle was ready for pickup. When I picked up my truck on a Sunday the truck wasn't washed and had sanding dust hand prints on it still, first sign of an incomplete job. As I said they called me three days early so there wasn't a rush or I wasn't pushing them to get it done quickly. The tailgate doesn't open right and takes two presses of the button now with a little pull, the seam between the handle and the tailgate they filled with some sort of putty filler and didn't even sand it smooth, can see finger prints in the putty, looks like a five year old playing with playdoh could do a better job. It's super disappointing because I had high hopes. Can't recommend you stay away more. They did offer to take my truck back in and try to sand the putty part but the putty shouldn't exist in the first place if they had properly cross checked parts and figment prior to ordering and installing and I refuse to be without a vehicle for three days or let them ever do a hack job in anything I own ever again.

They we're always respectful and detailed. If they found issues while I was at home, they would call me, tell me, give me the option if I want them to fix it. My quotes always matched my bill. I tend to ask a lot of questions because that's how I learn. They took me to my car and showed me the issue. Then showed me what it SHOULD look like, no car place ever did that. I had a new found respect for them after they did that. I always do my research no matter what the situation is. That way, I know what to ask and to expect.

He in turn started to say that he does not do that & that I would not get the same price for parts that he does. He proceeded to turn the cost around and say it was for a warranty. I said that I did not opt in for a warranty nor was I offered the option to opt in or out for one. He then said, "Ok, you can buy the parts, and I will charge you $400 in labor." The scam is real. Charlie came up to me and I could tell on his face he had not so good news. Come to find out my front tires needed replacement, thus no inspection sticker. Charlie even took me out to look at the tires to assure me that he was being fair and honest to this female customer. After talking to him my charge would be $321.00. YIKES! Unfortunately I didn't have it. Not only did he go ahead and order the tires upon my request but he also trusted me to return once my State refund had come in. On 3-25-19 I returned and Charlie replaced my tires and after all was said and done the total came to $287.76. He looked up at me and said, was that what I had told you it would be? I said no actually it was $321.00. He smiled and said you just got a deal. What an awesome experience and facility with honest hard working gentlemen that know how to treat their customers.
