He explained the products and the process in understandable terms that was comforting and insured us we would be protected from unwanted surprises. Crest in located in Plano, Texas and has done business here for years. Chip worked closely with our Insurance adjuster to help us file our claim to our satisfaction and saved everyone time. Chip used a drone with a camera connected to Eagle View software to take high quality photos and videos. This software is the same process the insurance company used to draw blueprints of our roof showing all the peaks, valleys and slopes in exact measurements. This made it possible to estimate the amount of materials needed for our roof and guaranteed we would be covered from the insurance company for everything we needed the first time. Chip explained all the options in roofing systems and how GAF class four shingles could potentially save us money on our home owners insurance. The best part of the process was that Chip Moore of Crest Exteriors was present on site the entire time the repair work was being done. He spent two full days from six AM until nine PM the first day to insure no detail was missed. He was here the second day; a Saturday, from 6 AM to 3 PM when the work was done. I recently found Crest Exteriors through a recommendation from a friend. This friend spoke very highly of Sam, the owner, and the work that is done by Crest. A quick google search led me to the Crest website, and from there I sent an email requesting a quote for some repair work I needed done on my roof which was a result of a satellite dish that had been removed. I sent this email at 9 pm on a Wednesday night, and by Thursday morning, I had already received a response back from the business owner. I provided my location information and requested services, and Sam assured me that he would send somebody out immediately to look at the issue (for free). That same day, I received a message with the quote for the work, which was extremely fair/cheap, and by the time I got home that night, the roof was repaired. The work was flawless, with the worker perfectly matching the shingle color and texture, resulting in no indication that a satellite dish had previously been on the roof. This was a small job, and one that Crest did not have to take on, especially not as quickly as they did. I was extremely impressed with the timely response and professionalism that I received in my dealings with Crest. More importantly, I was blown away by how quickly the work was completed. All the work was completed with full satisfaction. Ashley works very hard with all her crew and also any third party contractors to make sure everything is finished and done right. Also I was really delighted by her willingness to work beyond her office hours and weekends to meet and answer any questions. Equally appreciated was follow-up after work was completed. Janis Ortiz and Eric Schneider could not have been more helpful. Prompt replies, visited multiple times to meet with me and insurance adjusters for repairing my house from damage by Hurricane Ida in Destrehan, LA. Their team was instrumental in getting insurance supplement requirements submitted and approved, something that I had not the time, inclination or knowledge of how to generate. After State Farm approved the final supplement, we scheduled for a week in advance. The first crew showed up at 5:15 AM. By early afternoon, it seemed like they had sent the roofing mothership. Roofing a 3,000 sf house, 500 sf gazebo and 550 sf shed is by no means a neat, quiet and effortless endeavor, but by 6:30, they were 95% completed. I was extremely impressed with the cleanup. During our home remodel we had a problem with our chimney that our builder was either unable or unwilling to address in a timely fashion, resulting in water leaking through the chimney into the house every time it rained. Finally we called Aaron Kasallis of Crest Exteriors. He got his team to our house and promptly got the chimney and surrounding roof repaired. They had to coordinate with the fireplace guys, and it took more than one visit to the house.
