In addition, I got an itemized purchase list and she took care of purchasing all the items too- a service I would have to pay for as an additional fee with Palmetto ... I went with the Improvement Company for installation. They were professional and did not nickel and dime me- shout out to Andy and Laz! The price for all the items (exactly as I wanted not compromising on quality) and a brand new kitchen design, living room, stairs and fireplace was literally a third of what palmetto quoted for kitchen and stairs only.... We used some of the extra money to Reno our living room walls, floors, a full fireplace update and still had money left back in our reno savings budget to spare! Already planning new renovations for next year. If you go with Home Depot for design and a contractor company like the Improvement Company - you may save more...Palmetto Renovations may "say" they provide a 'comprehensive' approach.... But you will certainly pay for that approach and without itemization. We had money left over from this project- which was wild.
