There was a lack of communication amongst themselves and an attachment to my home did not get new roofing put on even though it was in the square footage from the insurance company. Hanzel came out and looked and was apologetic and had someone there to finish what they missed within two days. Ours was done on a Friday and someone was out on Saturday to pick up the trailer full of debris. I checked my cameras and that person ran the magnet but, Hanzel came and did it again which was helpful cause there was some missed. The cost of the roof replacement was right inline with our insurance adjusters amount. Our roof looks great we had a gutter added and the crew did great.
