They said we are almost done here we can stop by in a few minutes. They arrived and right to the roof and after checking out the problem area came up with a repair to fix the problem. The company representative insisted that the vent pipe was an HVAC pipe and they are not authorized to touch HVAC pipes. An affidavit and inspection from my HVAC provider had no effect. This company does not know the difference between HVAC and a simple vent pipe and pipe vent needing a new boot after roofing job. I had to pay another company $665 to put a boot around the vent pipe. Most likely my ''5 year warranty'' is voided now anyhow. So much for a $9,000 job.
