He was very polite and listened to everything that we had to day about what we wanted. When he gave us the estimate, he said that he will have someone come out and measure to make sure that everything was going to fit as planned. The guy came out and measured said everything was good to go. He ordered the stuff the next morning and he called to set up for the installation. They came and did a beautiful job.
