The owner is the most obnoxious, toxic, disagreeable, burnt-out, negative, A-hole bully I've ever…read moreencountered in any business!! I had a simple question about installing a part I'd just bought and he went berserk!!! Mr. Hi Tide said if I give him a CC # he would tell me because he's had it with customers "picking his brain" for free. On my last and final visit I came to his business at 3pm on Thursday and he was in his office eating a sandwich. Did I leave with the part I needed? Nope. "I'm eating lunch! Come back in an hour", in a toxic, confrontational tone. The only reason this BULLY stays in business is that he's the only Mercruiser parts dealer around. I advise you to find another parts source rather than deal with this douch bag.
