When it came to ordering, only wanting a main to due it being a late dinner, we got looked at funny and got told: "people always order 2 courses minimum". So we let ourselves be talked into a starter a salad with balsamic reduction and strawberries. We enjoyed our wine, but were quite irritated by the bar staff constantly drinking shots behind the bar next to us. The salads stood at the kitchen counter for about 15 minutes before finally being served to our table. After having finished the salad we then waited for another 45 minutes for our main which was supposed to be steak with green beans, potato and asparagus. We asked for different preparations of the steak (medium-rare, rare) but once the food arrived it was clear that these requests had not been met and the sides consisted of a slice of potato and 2 green asparagus sprigs. We started eating and were quite disappointed by the food being cold and no green beans. After asking for the waiters attention the waiter only came once we were almost finished. We asked why there weren't the sides mentioned in the menu, and got told: Why are you complaining? You got more asparagus. All in all, I can not recommend this place, as the staff was unfriendly, could see no fault with how we were treated whilst getting drunk shot after shot right next to where people were trying to have a nice dinner. The evening was spoiled completely, no guest should feel as if they are a burden to the staff!
