The manager downstairs has no Degree in Veterinarian Degree and ai have mentioned it to her that not only she cannot read the official paperwork how did she ever graduates from High Achool. See is never in her office from 10-4 pm for 6 hours and on several occasions I have take. Pictures of her office with the door closed, lights off an several occasions. The management of this place are the same owners as the sister 55+ living center in Grayson too! So I am being forced out because I read lips, I am a liability issue!!!!! I know she cannot evict me till this place takes me to court, I used to be a mobile home manager and know the laws.

They handed me an apartment in disgusting condition, I was sick for nearly five months after winter started and didn't know why--until I found black mold everywhere. The humidity in the apartment is unbearable. The water heater broke, flooding the floor and walls with water for over a week. Every time I stepped on the floor, water would come out. It took them almost two weeks to finally fix it, and I was without hot water that entire time! When I reported the issue with the water heater and the water damage, they had the nerve to blame me. The technician even deleted my work order twice, claiming everything was fine. Turns out, I was absolutely right--the water heaters in my apartment and several others were broken, even though they were supposedly brand new. Still, instead of owning up to it, they tried to make it look like it was my fault. They never addressed the black mold issue. When I brought it up again, the so-called manager screamed at me over the phone. No professionalism, no care, just deflection and disrespect. The place is also infested--cockroaches, spiders, ants, you name it. It doesn't matter how clean you are; the bugs are in the walls and management doesn't care. They also love tacking on extra charges every single month--pest control, trash fees, random community charges--and yet the community looks like absolute trash. Nothing gets maintained. Pest control? Nonexistent. Trash? Overflowing. You're being charged for services they clearly don't provide. They'll also lie to you about the rent. They tell you one price, then increase it and add random bills on top. And keep in mind--this apartment doesn't even come with a washer or dryer. If you want one, you have to rent it separately through some third-party company you'll have to track down yourself, because management won't even give you the information or help you set it up. To top it all off, they slapped a ridiculous amount of charges onto my final bill. They never replaced the filthy carpet but claimed it was damaged and charged me for it--along with the broken water heater and other repairs that were clearly their responsibility. Good luck getting ahold of them--calls go unanswered, and when someone finally picks up, they're either rude or totally useless. This place is a scam, and the management is trash. Run the other way, there are better places.

I was in the shower, taking a shower when suddenly the water shut off and I'm full of soap. I stand there waiting to see if it was gonna come back on. I had to get out dry off and check to see if there was any notification letting us know the was be shut off today. Nothing existed nowhere I contact the office. Let the office know. Ask for a key to a vacant unit where I could run in and rinse off I was told no I also ask if I could get into the pool area where they do have showers to rinse off , I was also told absolutely not . The lady, The lady that I was speaking to raised her voice at me and stated we didn't know it was gonna be turned off either and no you cannot get into that area and know we will not give you a key to another unit , it will be turned on when they get it turned on.They're working on an AC unit they shut the water off nowhere have I ever known for someone to work on an AC unit that they have to shut the water off I was talking to a young lady on the phone at the office by the name of Shamari. She was extremely rude. no office adequacy whatsoever.I told her because of her rude and disrespectful attitude. I was contact the corporate office she said will you call who got to call and hung up on me so I got dressed I went into the office, walked into the office where this young lady sat and I said who hung up on me and I said I want you to know I have contacted the corporate office. I myself work in customer service where we are very highly trained and how to deal with situations where there's a very upset client I honestly felt as if I was standing in the middle of a government project office staff who cared nothing about the property only the paycheck they were making I did speak to the lady in corporate. I let her know what was going on unfortunately, this is the second time in 2 1/2 years that I've had to contact this lady at corporate because of the management as I let her know, I moved here based on the reviews that the property had at the time I moved in, which were pretty good and the staff that was here at the time were absolutely wonderful very professional very kind. Unfortunately we lost that staff. I don't know what they have hired to run this property now but obviously an education and somewhat of an a decent IQ is not required. it's so unfortunate that a decent property with a management office like this will be run to the ground. I just realized today that if you run into any issues , you just got junk to deal with in the office.

They have put a oven outlet in the wall where the dryer belongs. LOWES PROFESSIONALS advised me not to dry my clothes and I have a maintenance man to come and change that outlet ASAP. The order was in LAST WEEK . One maintenance man said another maintenance man was COMING ... that maintenance man said he would be back and he never showed up and today they're not working at all. What the hell do these people do here for $2000 a month that you have to pay ? And it's not even century at the ballpark is their management team Highland Park! I feel a lawsuit coming
