An expensive proposition, but Tubbies does not charge straight retail so the prices are pretty good. After about a year the surface on the table delaminated. They replaced it immediately, no questions asked. Now, 13 years later the springs on the chairs have gotten tired. I pretty much was resigned to spending a bundle on new chairs, but Bill the boss said we could order the parts. Amazing. A month later the parts came, an easy fix, and now when we sit in the chairs we aren't always looking at the sky. This is a serious place with terrific service as well as a mind-blowing inventory. We purchased a Big Green Egg from them last year, and they came all the way out in the country and assembled it for $50. What a bargain. If you want a place that stands behind their products, this is the place. Otherwise go to some box store and throw your stuff away after a few years when something goes wrong. As an aside, the owner of Tubbies also has a mattress place down the hill where we have purchased a TempurPedic mattress, and they were great to deal with. He also owns Klaban's, a local high-end furniture store with great prices that we have frequented, happily. Finally, not only did Bill the boss order the parts for our Tropitone chairs, but it turns out they were free! He found out that the chairs had a 15 year warranty. Amazing.
