I couldn't be more impressed with the work Max did refinishing our hardwood floors. From start to…read morefinish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes a great deal of pride in his craftsmanship. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the finished floors completely transformed the space. Max took the time to make sure everything was done properly, kept the process professional and organized, and delivered a finished product that exceeded our expectations. It's becoming harder to find contractors who genuinely care about the quality of their work, and Max is absolutely one of them. If you're considering having your hardwood floors refinished, I would highly recommend him. Excellent craftsmanship, great communication, and beautiful results. We would absolutely use him again. T

I hired this company to refinish my hardwood floors. The job should have took about a week…read more Unfortunately, it took several weeks mostly due to the company's own mistakes. This added time caused me to have to get a hotel for a week. I found the owner Max to be unprofessional. The longer the job took to complete the more his professionalism decreased it seemed. A few examples that I find demonstrate his unprofessionalism were his lying and this belief that he could have charged me for the time it took him to fix his mistakes. I also found his threat of suing me and putting a lien on my home very unprofessional, when I had never once said he was not getting final payment. It was never brought up because the final walk through kept getting postponed because of their mistakes. The day I confronted him on him lying was when he ended the job and claimed it was complete and said if he didn't get his final payment he would sue me and put a lien on my house. He was paid the final payment when he came back to my home and fixed my sink (they put brushes with oil poly in my sink, which caused poly to be stuck to my stainless steal sink). The end result of the hardwood floors I would say is average. The sanding and staining for the most part look good with the exception of the stairs and closet. The finish however has hard bumps, hairs, craters, and in some spots the poly appears to separating between the boards. It gives a white line look, which is noticeable since l opted for a dark stain. My closet was poly shaded, because the stain wasn't right. My stairs are much darker than the rest of the floor despite the treads being the same type of wood as the rest of the floor. I also don't care for the oil poly he chose to use (Bona woodline). I wish I would have pushed for duraseal premium (fabulon).

We had a tree fall on our house last summer. There was quite a bit of damage to the back deck porch…read moreand the porch overhang. Initially, I called another construction outfit, and after telling me they could do the job, and after many delays, they later said the job was too small for them. Then I came across Biilt. Biilt, took the job, and I couldn't be happier. During their inspection it was discovered that there was some rotted wood to the original overhang. The house is old, really old, so this didn't come as a surprise. The Biilt crew was able rebuild the entire overhang and at a reasonable price. Construction, roofing, even clean up, they did it all, and their staff were polite and willing to work with me though the project. Cody, Aaron and the rest of the Biilt team did a fantastic job. The deck and overhang look great now and will probably outlast the rest of the house. Solid professional construction. In the future, my first call for quality construction needs, will be to Biilt. And I'm sure they can do the same for you.

We had a master suite added on, including laundry, closet space, and a full bath. First and foremost - they were on budget and on time FOR EVERYTHING. I had heard so many horror stories from friends who had contract work done, and I was shocked at how smoothly everything went and how responsive everyone at BiiLT was. There of course were issues. There always are - but Brent was always there to walk us through what was going on and ensure things didn't get off pace. Were I to do any work like this again - I would call them first without looking anywhere else. We even had issues with a neighbor who was just a pain during the process. Brent intervened and just handled everything. And the addition? My only regret is not doing it sooner. It is beautiful. I love my new master suite. I have never had the opportunity to live in new construction, and 4 months into living in this room, I still love it!

My husband and I wanted to do some home renovations, but we weren't sure where to start. We were…read morelooking for a company to help us renovate our powder room and our kitchen and refinish the hardwood flooring in our entryway and dining room. We asked some friends and were recommended Ebersole. They were very responsive, and we quickly had a meeting set up. Through that discussion, the project that initially seemed overwhelming to us became manageable. It was a very collaborative process - we discussed all of our options, collaborated on ideas, and created a vision that matched what we were looking to achieve. We agreed to move forward with the project, and within just a few weeks, we were choosing all of the items that would be a part of our project. From the quartz countertops and farmhouse sink to flooring and tile backsplash, and much more, Ebersole was there to help us each step of the way. When construction started, we were impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of our installers. They went out of their way to minimize the inconvenience of a renovation, while working meticulously to ensure everything was installed seamlessly. Our project was finished faster than we expected, and we could not be happier with the results. They even went the extra mile with an unexpected plumbing issue. We now have a beautiful new kitchen, powder room, and hardwood flooring. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to have some work done in their home. When we are ready for our next project, we will be reaching out to Ebersole. Thank you to Jeff and the entire team at Ebersole!

Ebersole Remodeling did a FANTASTIC job on our bathrooms. We initially meant to just get a new tub…read morein one bathroom and get the master redone, but after seeing their work just from putting in the new tub we ended up getting that whole bathroom redone too. Everyone that worked on the project (and I mean everyone) was helpful, informative, easy to talk to, and incredibly good at what they do. We couldn't be happier with how the bathrooms all turned out and will absolutely be working with Ebersole in the future if we ever need another bathroom or the kitchen redone and will be recommending them to any of our friends and family in the area that may be interested in that kind of work in the future. Excellent work everyone and thanks so much for all the care you put in to your craft!

He worked on it and used heat but it stayed the same. He said it would work out on it's own which I thought how could it when he had just cemented it down . I called him several times and at first he said there was nothing he could do that something must have been on the carpet roll to flatten it. I told him that I was not happy. This was around a $1000.00 job. Then he said he would replace it but the last time I called his father answered and I heard Jason say he didn't want to talk. So it has been over a year that I have been waiting. I was going to get carpet throughout my house but as you might guess, he will not be doing it. Really sorry I went with him. I 'm not a professional but I would have refused the flattened roll of carpet and got another roll. I would have thought he would have been professional enough to know that.

I made a mistake, (first time granite buyer, and didn't realize we had to have our farm sink installed to complete the templating process) and they were very understanding, and worked with me to resolve the issue. We did have to make a couple minor jobsite modifications, and the installation team was prepared to do this work on-site as well. They were always on time, always called ahead to confirm appointments, completed a clean, quality installation, explained how to care for the tops, and took great care of our home during the process.
