They sold him on additional mold service on our roof I didn't want. He said yes so the bill went from $250 to over $400 which I had not planned on. They did try to call/message me but I was driving and I could not return the message/call. All worked out and they did a good job. Pros: they are good at communicating and won't do an additional service unless you ok it. Did a great job and techs are friendly. They have a website to book your appt as well as call. Cons: They keep your credit card on file. Make sure to take it off if you're not sure you'll use the service again. Make sure you are available to communicate your needs.

Professional equipment. We've had our windows cleaned by 3 or 4 companies over the 8+ years we've lived here and up till now have been underwhelmed either by the price, the work, or both. Several of them used long poles for the upper, outer windows with mixed results. Not this outfit, they use ladders and do as thorough and detailed a job as they do down below and inside. It's like watching those professional outfits doing high rise office buildings. Our windows now sparkle, they've never looked so good. Only nitpick? Punctuality. If you get a 2 hour arrival time window count on more. We both work from home so we make it work.
