I was referred to Credito Business Services by a friend. I feel strongly about supporting small businesses so I'd prefer to go to a place like this vs. H&R Block. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. At first Jun was very nice and easy to talk to, by once my taxes were completed and he had accepted my payment, he made me feel as if my business was no longer important to him. I had an issue with my refunds and I had reached out him to help me clear it up. I called him multiple times and he was busy every time I called, which is fine, I totally understand that. But he never once called me back. When I finally got a hold of him he said he'd be happy to help me with my issue and that he needed a couple things from me. I quickly faxed over what he needed thinking he was taking care of it. A couple weeks later I reached out to follow up with him because I had still not received my tax refund. Again, I could not get a hold of him and kept leaving messages for him to call me back. When I finally got a hold of him this time, I found out that he never actually got it fixed and told me that it was easy for me to fix it on my own and that I should just take care of it myself. When I asked him why he never got back to me he seemed irritated and said "when I call you, you don't answer my calls so it makes me not want to talk to you". First of all, that is a lie. He never once called me. My phone is not broken, if I had a missed call I would have seen it. And I told him that. I then asked why he never left a voicemail for me any of those times he supposedly called and I didn't answer. Then he said "I don't like to leave a voicemail. I don't leave voicemails" which makes absolutely no sense to me. You are running a business, it's just common courtesy and good customer service to leave a voicemail and give an update or ask for a call back. I know the real reason he never left a voicemail was because he never called, and at this point he was just irritated and making excuses. Follow up and accountability are very important when you work in customer service. I felt like he got his payment so he was done with me. He would not have gotten paid to help me with my issue so it was not worth his time. I was really disappointed that I had this experience. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to meet with him when I could have gone to someone local and paid less for a much better customer service experience. Tax season is coming up and I will definitely not be returning to him. read more
