I've been getting calls from these morons for over three years now. But the calls just keep coming. I blocked them through Verizon, but Verizon still allows them to drop voicemail directly into my phone. These people are as stupid as they are unscrupulous. The guy didn't seem to understand so I asked if Daymar sold them my debt or was just going through them to collect it. He said they were just collecting for Daymar so I told him I would deal with it with Daymar instead. He told me they would just send me back to them and to go ahead and deal with it. I then asked if it had been put on my credit yet and he told me no just so I would pay it right then and there. I met with attorney Christopher Travis for consultation, and he answered the other legal questions I had. I left with the bankruptcy worksheet, and filled it out that evening. I scheduled and attended my second meeting a week ago where I bought in my packet of documents and the worksheet. Chris went over the worksheet, and gave them everything. Denise put together the petition, and called to set up the "signing" appointment. I had this appointment yesterday, and Chris made sure the information entered on petition was correct. My petition should be filed to the court today. Just under 2 weeks from consultation to filing shows their level of responsiveness.
